Unlike almost all other heating installers we employ all our engineers in-house as PAYE staff. This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your job and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care.

I have used Wilgars for a number of years, as has my elderly mum, whose boiler and separate water heater were serviced today by the excellent Gary! We were given a five hour time slot but received a text message about 20 minutes before his arrival which enabled me to be present. We have had Gary on a couple of occasions at our home and I was very happy to see his friendly face on my Mum's door step this morning. He's respectful, friendly and down to earth, happy to fully explain the service and answer any queries. He showed us photographs of the boiler and made sure we fully understood his findings. Gary works tidily and efficiently and we felt very reassured at the end of the service.

We have used Wilgar for years and have always been impressed by the service. We have a service contract for our boiler. This morning the engineer called on time, messaging us to give an estimated arrival time. He was pleasant and friendly as well as being efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wilgar.

My boiler was due for its annual service. The engineer messaged ahead and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very polite and explained what it was he had to do. He protected the area in which he worked by sheeting it and appeared to carry out the work without any difficulty. He took photographs of those items that he thought would be useful to illustrate exactly what it was that he had dealt with, then tidied up before completing the paperwork and leaving. He appeared very competent and explained exactly what was carried out with the service.

Great service, clear communication with appointment and a message the night before to confirm estimated time of arrival. Same on the morning message shows engineer is on route. Gary is an asset to this company, friendly and gets on with the job. I’ve used A C Wilgar for over eight years now, never a bad experience, great team and great company to use.

Second year we have used AC Wilgar for the annual service of an ageing boiler. Engineer identified a leak which required a follow up visit from Paul, who is clearly highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Initial quote was accepted but Paul found that less work was required to fix the problem and charged us considerably less than expected, whilst carrying out a comprehensive service and repair. It seems increasingly rare to find tradespeople who are able to provide a reliable, expert service, on time, under budget and without the usual sales push about needing an entirely new system. I cannot recommend this company and Paul highly enough.

We always use A C Wilgar for our boiler service and any additional heating repairs. Booking an appointment is easy and costs are clear. Appointment communication and information about arrival times are very good Gary was excellent in carrying out the service and completing the associated paperwork. The working area was left clean and tidy. The Service Completion Certificate arrived by email within minutes. I fully recommend A C Wilgar for boiler installation and service.

Sam was a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable engineer. He not only did the required work fast and efficiently, but showed me how to regulate the heating more effectively. He also pointed out that the Carbon Monoxide Detector was overdue for renewal. I am very pleased with the service.
