Alaskan: Brilliant workmanship, product, absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. What ever you do- Do not go with big window companies. They might be good, but they will con you out of your money and to get your money they will slag off all other companies. Do not fall for it. Just use Alaskan Windows.

It’s very easy to just give a review and move on. But I have taken time to think about what has impressed me about dealing with Alaskan Windows. No hard sell from Doug, unlike other firms! The final decision was left to me with no high pressure follow-up phone calls. However, I was more than happy to follow-up with them because of what I could see I was going to get in the end. Efficient installers who were always here ahead of time each day, working tirelessly to complete the day’s job so I could be back in working order that evening. I still cannot work out just how these guys do it, they have to be seen to be believed! I was always kept up to date by Nikki in the office about schedules and timings, so cannot complain about that. The installers did the same, keeping me aware of what was happening and when. The end result has to be seen to be believed, I’m so very happy and hope to be very much warmer this winter. Alaskan Windows are a family firm and it shows. More than happy to recommend them across the board.

We had new windows at the front of our house,including two bays and an oriel window. We are very happy with the fitting, quality and efficiency. The team came early, worked hard and tidied up at the end. We wanted to keep some of the previous hardwood frame in place and this was mostly achieved.
