Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Choosing APG Domestic Services Ltd was a very wise decision. I had enquired about Solar Panel and Storage Battery installation at my property. Promptly attended and surveyed the requested job. The quoted price was impressive after enquiring with several other companies both local and national. The Solar products are high quality and competitively priced. The installation was carried out to an excellent standard, I am very pleased. The company employees, both office and installers, were wonderful, professional and friendly. Communication with APG has always been easy and they respond promptly. Overall a wonderful experience with the company and I am now enjoying the benefits of Solar Power, it's impressive. I recommend APG to others with confidence.

APG diagnosed a problem we had with our underfloor heating which needed both there plumber and electrician to come and do separate jobs. From the staff manning the phones who were really polite and helpful to Matt the apprentice who recommended APG, to the electrician (sorry can’t remember his name) but he was so polite and helpful and informative to Muz the plumber who again was helpful, polite and knowledgeable our heating is now working. They turned up when they said they would and the job done was executed professionally and swiftly…. I really couldn’t recommend them enough and we will always give them a call in the future if we need them…. Huge thank you to all the staff.

APG Ltd attended our property promptly after telephoning their office and describing some issues we were having with our heating systems. A badly fitted radiator by a different contractor was rectified by their engineer and made usable again, plus another radiator that wouldn't heat up at all. System all drained and refilled within an hour. In this period of freezing cold weather their valuable and attentive service was most appreciated. As a Landlord I wouldn't use anyone else in future.

Used APG for the first time for an annual boiler service. The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough service of the boiler. He was friendly, professional and tidy and he also answered a couple of queries we had about the boiler. Altogether, we were very impressed by the company from the time of booking the appointment to the invoicing afterwards.

No heating or hot water just before Christmas, disaster! APG came out to us on the same day, and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Muz was very polite and respectful of the property and soon found the leaking air valve, removed it, capped the pipe and explained why it was leaking, and how it wasn't needed due to modern boilers having integral valves. He did not leave until the heating and water were tested and everything was ok.

Being told on holiday we had a burst water pipe that a neighbour had managed to turn off we contacted APG to perform a repair so we had water when we got home. They came out, found the problem and performed the repair very promptly, timed to fit in with our needs and at an amazing price for an emergency call out. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided and will now be my go to service provider for all plumbing and central heating needs

Boiler not working

I have used APG in the past to service my boiler so when it wasn't working this week I called them out. Last Friday they came and sorted it out and then again with a different problem on Thursday which turned out to be a frozen pipe. On both occasions, I had the same engineer and he was very polite and efficient and had my heat back on and working. I would certainly recommend this company they answer the phone quickly and you are talking to a person instead of having to press several numbers before you can talk to someone. Thank you for keeping me warm this week.

1st rate customer service from both the service desk and the engineer. I booked a boiler service and asked for them to look at a leaky radiator. The engineer was excellent, he was informative and honest in his appraisal. He never looked to up-sell me on anything. On the back of the work carried out today I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again myself.

New boiler and shower

The team were very helpful to me from the beginning, informing me what was available and helping me make the right decision to the work being carried out which involved removing the water tank in the attic and the water tank in the cistern cupboard to fitting a new condensing boiler together with a new shower. I would like to thank Harry and his apprentice George and also Les for completing, which was for me such a difficult job, in a very efficient and organised way. I would definitely recommend APG. Many thanks my home is now lovely warm and comfortable.
