After having been messed around by another trader, and waiting over 3 weeks for a part to arrive and my oven to be fixed, I called Josh who came over and immediately diagnosed the problem (a different solution to what the other guy had said!) and it was fixed with the correct part and working 24 hours later! Super friendly, no nonsense, totally trustworthy. Would def use again and 100% recommend.

Came over on a Sunday morning. Quick diagnosis and did a temporary repair before coming back 5 days later with new parts. Efficient and a reasonable price.

Having had a problem with my oven contacted Josh who went through all the details. Excellent communication prior to job. On the day we decided to replace my oven as more economical. Josh was punctual, obviously knew his business and tidied up after the job even taking my old appliance away. First class service and would highly recommend.

Contacted AJ who asked me to describe the problem (door not closing due to jammed catch), he took model details in case parts needed. Came around and fixed the problem later that day, to agreed price. Polite, prompt and efficient sevice

Unfortunately my washing machine was beyond repair, but he came on the same day I contacted him and provided me with good advice.

Josh came very quickly to sort out a washing machine installation that Domestic & General had failed to organize even though it has been paid for. He was available the same day and gave us a 1 hour time slot which was great. He was a neat & tidy worker, cleared up after himself & completed the job. We can not find fault with anything & would recommend his services.

Josh came the same day to fix my washing machine. Although the fault was not obvious, he persevered and got it started again. He cleared up afterwards and even 'phoned later to check all was going well. I would recommend him.

Josh was easy to get hold of (surprising as it was straight after Xmas), kept us informed on when he would get to us, repaired the washing machine for a fair price and tidied up after himself. Highly recommended.

My elderly mothers washing machine had broken and flooded her kitchen, I am obviously cautious what workman we book as she lives alone and we are worried about her getting ripped off by companies. Luckily I had been recommend to josh by a friend, and what a fantastic recommendation that was, the ease of booking appointment, easy to get hold of on the phone, he was able to fit us in very quickly and arrived on time. Excellent professional skills, polite, friendly and was able to reassure my mum and reduce her anxieties. Luckily he was able to repair the machine and did a great job for a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up after himself and left the area very tidy. I really can't rate josh high enough, it's so hard for the elderly to find workmen they can trust without getting ripped off by rouge traders !!!! Thanks you have restored my faith in human nature !!! Happy Christmas
