From the outset one of Bluebell’s core values is to place the customer firmly at the centre of the process. From our initial consultation, we always listen carefully to their vision or offer guidance to those who come with a blank page.
Again, during the installation of the furniture we take a considerate approach and communicate with all parties to minimise disruption to the clients’ lives.
We understand how important the ’ Bluebell Experience’ is as much as the quality of the furniture. Our clients also value our non-aggressive approach to the sales experience never pursuing the ‘hard sell’.

I rarely leave reviews but Bluebell were excellent from first contact through to completion. We had a rather large media unit built and were quite fussy with the particular design. The designers were excellent and allowed us to tweak and change the renders until we were really happy. They are extremely flexible and also offer their own advice which was very helpful. The fitter did a great job and was also keen to offer his help to make our unit work properly. Small things such as taking a little time to identify the best place to hide HDMI and power cables etc was so helpful and means the furniture not only looks nice but is also fit for purpose. We have previously utilised some of the larger nationwide brands for furniture but would never again. Bluebell were personable and a pleasure to deal with. We would absolutely recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again the future.

Absolutely delighted from start to finish. The care and attention received from all staff at Bluebell was second to none Many thanks to James who drew the plans up, John the fitter who's professionalism was second to none- the quality of his work was first class Last but by no means least Karen on reception who was always friendly and extremely professional and approachable and is a credit to the company... I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bluebell to anybody..

this is an excellent service. We had the entire kitchen and Utility room ripped and full new kitchen made. The work was carried out very professionally. I am particularly impressed at their project management. The work was complex and needed much coordination between builder, electrician, fitter, plumber decorator. not once I had to call or chase anyone. The work was completed in 3 weeks as promised. Anything I wanted extra after the work started was also dealt with. I never heard a "no" or "we can't do that'. Anything that we wanted changing or adding even after the contract was signed was taken care of with absolutely no problem, never had to chase anything. A work very well done and I must complement Bluebell for an excellent work, they do keep on to their promises and compliments. Special thanks to Darren for excellent project management. Bluebell fitted bedroom wardrobes and shelves for us in 4 bedrooms over 3 days in an Edwardian house. The work was completed on time and efficiently which as there were 4 rooms to complete was important for us. The whole process from design through completion was well managed and cost effective. The designer, Steve, gave an excellent presentation as to the options open to us and the cost was within budget. Very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Bluebell.

James, our designer, took into account everything we wanted to ensure the fitted furniture was perfect, down to the minute details. We have had fitted wardrobes before but I have to say that this has been our best experience. The sales process was smooth and efficient and the whole experience was pleasant and friendly. We have used Bluebell in the past and always found them an excellent company to deal with . Their staff are always friendly, helpful and professional and their workmanship and after care service are always to a high standard On this occasion we had to bespoke hall storage units created by Bluebell which we are delighted with. Despite the challenges of Corona Virus they were installed within two weeks of placing the order. Excellent job.
