My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

Tony has done several jobs for us over the past few years. These range from servicing our boiler to installing a bathroom suite and a megaflow system. Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler for me. The old one was nearly 30 years old. As we needed to re-position the boiler due to new health and safety regulations Tony needed to lift carpets, lift floorboards, drill through joists and mount the boiler in a new place. He worked with a minimum of fuss leaving the property clean of an evening.

This firm installed a new boiler. The owner Mr Sawzuck did the work. He did so on time and for the price agreed. Apart from a few teething troubles which he sorted out immediately the boiler has worked well and we are pleased with it and the gas savings. In addition to this work Mr Sawzuck came out at short notice to sort out a problem we had with a stop cock fitted by another plumber. We are pleased with the professional and reliable service this firm has provided and can recommend them.

Tony serviced my central heating boiler after years of perfunctory British Gas servicing, and consequently it's quieter and performing better than ever. He recently dealt with a bathroom plumbing issue, coming the following day to fix this non urgent problem. If anyone deserves to be a trusted trader it's certainly him: he's exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working and courteous. There may be cheaper plumbers, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend him

I would recommend Bourne Plumbing and Heating wholeheartedly. In an era when people care little about the job they do - let alone their customers - Tony is the exception. The quality of his work was high (with nothing unnecessary done), the price was fair and Tony's knowledge puts one particular large gas organisation in the shade.
