All we can say is I wished we had discovered BSafe before. Billy and his colleague did a wonderful job of replacing our old boiler with a combi, with all the new pipework, and removing the old tank in the loft. They were completely respectful of our property and did it all without fuss. We felt they were completely trustworthy, helpful and took the time to explain all that we needed to know and made sure we were happy with everything. They did an excellent job for a good price and wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending BSafe. Billy will definitely be our 'go to' plumber from now on and have already asked him to fit our new shower. Fab.

Billy was recommended to me, He and his colleague were good in communication, advised exactly what I needed without any oversell. They arrived promptly, were very clean and tidy and did the job with no fuss or complications. They removed all the rubbish and did a fantastic job. The job was to replace a boiler with a combi and remove the old immersion and water tanks, and clean up any outstanding piping. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Billy is honest, straight forward and did a great job. We had a constantly dripping overflowing pipe from the unvented hot cylinder, Billy did a great job to fix it and gave us advice on hot water usage. He charges fairly and honest, will be my go to trader.

Having dealt with plumbers in the past who inflate the issue to try and overcharge, Billy is a breath of fresh air: solutions focused, checks with you before doing anything or incurring any cost and extremely reasonably priced. My job was complicated but he didn't make a meal out of it. I will be using him for all my heating and plumbing work in the future and highly recommend him.
