I emailed Danny with details of a rusty monobloc tap and push and pull lever plug which needed replacing. Danny called back the following day and said he had a tap which would be able to replace mine and I was happy with this and expected Danny to give me a future date to fit it. Danny then said his son would around after his next job to fit it which I thought was fantastic service. Danny's son arrived and fitted the tap and waste, the job was professionally done and a very reasonable price. I would be happy to recommend Danny's company and would definitely contact him again if and when I need any future plumbing work

Danny and his team reacted quickly to a water leak I had in my bedroom. They worked quickly, explained what they were doing and did a very professional job. Highly recommend Danny and his company.

Danny answered an urgent call due to a pipe bursting under the sink and partially flooding the kitchen. He responded in a courteous and professional manner, fitting us in when he had other jobs to do. They overran but he kept us informed and completed the work to a high standard. I would happily recommend him. The cost was reasonable.

I recently asked DHP to replace my gas boiler, which was very old and had been having problems, with a new electric boiler. DHP was recommended to me by some friends who have had the same kind of work done, and I am very happy with the service they provided. Danny was really great and very professional. He worked tirelessly to take out the old boiler and installed a new EHC electric boiler in its place. DHP provided a great service, installing and wiring up the new boiler & cylinder, including all the pipe work and flushing the central heating system. They stuck to the original quote, provided very high quality workmanship and they also cleaned up afterwards. The new boiler is great and seems really efficient. I would highly recommend Danny and DHP for any plumbing work.

We had a serious leak with water dripping down the wall. Its source was difficult to establish with certainty. Phoned DHP - amongst others for help. DHP was the only company promising to help on the day. I was assured that although Danny was employed on another job for most of the day some considerable distance away he would come and help that day. Might be late .. but he would come. Danny arrived at 5.30pm and worked through the evening to sort the problem, sourcing the leak, cutting out the offending pipe (our main feed from the mains), fitting a new pipe from the mains to the house plus a new stopcock - and making good. Almost all of our plumbing, our gas and hot water needed looking at, as we had just bought our house and found our services in very poor condition. As such we were thrilled when DHP came along and did a full sweep of a long checklist of to-dos. In full: Boiler service Hot water cylinder service Fixed our hot water Fixed the stopcock valve which was in reverse Fixed the connector for the washing machine we were set to replace Explained our whole system to us clearly Determined the sources of our leaks Removed a gas fireplace and mantel we had and repaired the wall Multiple miscellaneous fixes Fixed our gas stove not lighting Probably more I've forgotten Long story short we were blown away with the breadth and efficiency of the work and will definitely use DHP again

Called with an emergency where the water in the whole house needed to be switched off Danny arrived the same day and had the whole thing fixed in 20 minutes. Nice man and a fair price too, very impressed.

I sent an email in the evening with this: The work we want done is: 1) there is a leak from a toilet cistern coming from below the cistern. This is a very small trickle but a cloth under the toilet gets saturated once a day. 2) and 3) the ball valves on our two toilet cisterns do not stop immediately but continue to drip for several minutes after the flush is completed 4) the mixer tap on our kitchen sink has a slight drip when the tap is turned on. For someone who know what they are doing I think this is probably half a day's work or less. We are local - in ********* - so could you fit it in some time? I received a reply asking me to phone which I did the following morning. Danny came at around lunchtime, looked at the work and got on with it straight away. He quoted me a price and even though one of the jobs took a bit longer than expected he stuck to his original quote.

Danny at DHP was quick in responding to my query about installing a combi boiler in my property. There's a reason why DHP have such positive reviews - they certainly exceed expectations and genuinely care about customers. Danny worked tirelessly over a few days to update our whole water/heating system and install our combi boiler - the work involved was outstanding. He was highly efficient, reliable and helpful. He would explain in detail what was involved and responded to whatever concerns I had initially about the boiler (even contacted the manufacturer to ensure I had nothing to worry about). I will definitely use DHP again - they don't let customers down!

Danny worked efficiently, removing the old boiler and piping upstairs and installing a new Combi boiler downstairs. Both he, and his young apprentice, were thorough in doing the necessary checks to radiators, explained to me throughout what they were doing and when any problems arose. Danny made a short return visit in order to rectify some water pressure problems. He has worked to the same high standard as when, a year ago, he refitted my bathroom.

Replaced failed boiler pump. Emergency call out, Danny arrived the same day exactly on time, pump replaced in under an hour. House now lovely and warm. Quick, tidy job. Great friendly service!

Several taps and a shower thermostat needed replacing. Within a day, Danny recommended and collected items, then with Mark resolved all issues efficiently. Will recommend to others.

Fitting a new boiler into a complicated heating system, attending an emergency water leak in the middle of the night and disconnecting old gas fires. Danny came this week to carry out our boiler service and did a great job. He was able to give us an appointment within a few days and even offered us an earlier slot when he found he had a spare moment, which was great. He arrived on time and was very friendly, got on with the job and took care to protect our things so that nothing would get dusty or damaged. He was really knowledgeable, happy to explain things and gave us a few helpful tips on some plumbing questions we had. He also made sure our 4yo son was safe when he went out to his van, whilst my wife was upstairs with our baby, so that he wouldn’t wander out of the open door into the street, which was really considerate. We were very happy with his work and definitely recommend him - we’ll be going back to him in future!

Broken water pipe, which caused the water to stop and the kitchen to flood. Danny attended promptly, he quickly assessed the situation, investigated all avenues and then informed me that he had to remove floorboards to access the said pipe. He was very helpful, assisted with furniture movement and quickly replaced the faulty part. His well-equipped van which resembles a workshop made it easy to retrieve tools. He had a social event but decided to delay it so we would not be stranded without water until Monday. As soon as Danny walked in, he introduced himself and I was immediately reassured. He was calm, very friendly, kept me informed and demonstrated what he was doing at every step of the way, helped to put the furniture back in position and cleaned up before he left.

Danny came and installed an outdoor tap and connected my new American fridge freezer. He did an amazing job and left the place very tidy. I'm very happy.

It's second time that Danny does an excellent work sorting out problems in my kitchen. This time he fitted an accessible tap to stop water inside a fitted cupboard and managed unexpectedly to repair a boiler. He's very reliable, resourceful and competent. He is honest and spared me a lot of money.

Danny replaced our boiler, flushed the radiators, and installed a new bathroom radiator and basin. All the work is top quality -- there were some complications with the radiators that he worked late to fix, all within the budget. Danny is clearly someone who will go the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and took care to tidy and clean up after the job. Very happy to recommend.

Danny from DHP attended at short notice to replace 2 radiators and to reroute and chase in some unsightly - and extensive pipework, removing it completely from view. The work was done exceptionally well and carried out by a true perfectionist, who worked diligently and conscientiously, all at reasonable cost. Danny is a true tradesman who knows his stuff. Danny was incredibly helpful, quick and fixed a problem two other plumbers couldn’t solve. He worked around my timings and gave great advice. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. The job was fixing a toilet flush, which had been broken by bad workmanship of a previous plumber.

100% satisfied - totally transformed the feel of the house. Work took longer than expected - nothing to do with company as it was outside of their control - but rather than finish at a reasonable time as others would have done - they continued until after midnight to see the job through. Work ethic amazing and would totally recommend using this company.
