We required the installation of a new ensuite radiator to supplement the heated towel rail only heating in the room. Jamie and Aiden came out to assess the work involved and the quotation received I thought was very fair and reasonable for the work involved. On the day of the installation I was immediately impressed with their quality of work, professionalism and how they clearly protected our property from damage during the works. I would not hesitate to use Fahrenheit again and the services of Jamie and Aiden in particular.

I used Fahrenheit to fit a boiler which was done to a really good standard. whilst doing this I was having an extension fitted so i asked them to fit a radiator. The fit was very problematic but the guys persevered and it was installed. the next issue was that the radiator wouldn't work and it was a very slow job to balance the radiators. the engineers visited my house about every three days for two / three weeks and finally got all the radiators working correctly. Fahrenheit could have easily turned round and said we agreed to fit the radiator and that was the job but they absolutely went the extra mile to get the system working perfectly at no extra cost

Professional boiler removal and exchange.

We recently had our old boiler removed and exchanged for a new Worcester Bosch carried out by Fahrenheit. This work also included the removal of a radiator, fitting new thermostats and installing a Nest heating system to manage temperatures etc remotely. We found them to be totally professional from the first visit and the quote re costs, through to the installation process. They did what they said they would, were polite and very tidy. We would definitely recommend Fahrenheit without hesitation.

We called Fahrenheit to request a call out on Monday morning. The engineer arrived at 11.45 the same day! We then found problems persisted the following day and Fahrenheit sent Des to us again an hour after we called. Des clearly outlined the options in plain English, making sure I understood the issue - I very much appreciated the time and effort taken. We made a decision to buy a new boiler rather than wait for a new part (which wouldn’t have been a guaranteed solution). The boiler was installed on the Thursday by Aaron which was about a week quicker than we ever expected! The installation took place in a morning, and we are thrilled with the new boiler. The efficiency and quality of customer care has been exceptional from Fahrenheit, from both the engineers (Des and Aaron) and the office staff (Tracy and Claire). We couldn’t have asked for a quicker turnaround and an easier experience all round. We were only without a working boiler for 2.5 days in the end which is unbelievable. We are absolutely sticking with Fahrenheit for our annual boiler servicing too - with service of such high quality, we’d be foolish not to!

They went to look at an issue with my boiler. No fee was quoted or agreed. They turned up on a different day to discussed and made no effort to contact me, even though I asked to be kept informed. They did not resolve my complaint.

We visited this Landlords property upon his request. On Our visit the boiler was found to be faulty with co2 emissions on a grand scale. The boiler was capped for safety. We have a legal obligation as Gas safe registered engineers to cap off/ make safe any faulty appliance we encounter, and do not require any prior permissions to do this. The Landlord was informed of this the same day. Unfortunately customers think its right to leave false reviews and leave their invoices unpaid.

Our previous C/H boiler had proved unreliable for several years and I looked back to find that I had spent more than £3K over the last 4 years on repairs which were short-lived. I decided to get a new boiler and had heard that Worcester Bosch were very good so I obtained 5 quotations. Fahrenheit was almost the cheapest but I was impressed with the professional approach of Karl and I placed my order with them. The work which involved a new vertical flue (not the simplest of jobs) was carried out by Karl and Aiden in 7 hours and cleared up perfectly afterwards. That was about 3 weeks ago and in this cold weather we have been lovely and war ever since. I notice that the roomstat often shuts down the new boiler so I think we shall be saving a lot of money as a result. Excellet1
