Due to arthritis needed an automated garage door. Gary provided brochures of options available together with an explanation of the doors he felt would suit our requirements. Quotations were given. Garage door and motor were fitted in a morning. Old door taken away and everything left clean and tidy. Amount paid was exactly as quoted. On completion of work Gary demonstrated the new door and thoroughly explained the workings making sure we were happy with the product. Gary was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend him to others. We found Gary to be both professional and a pleasant person to give us the advice we needed.

Gary came and quoted us. When the order came in he rang to arrange a suitable day. A very pleasant chap who outlined in detail what was required. He completed the work efficiently and we are thrilled with the outcome.

We were delighted with the service and results we received from Gary. He took time to explain the options available to us, arrived when promised and the cost was exactly what he quoted. The door was fitted in a couple of hours or so and the old door was removed. Everything was left in a tidy and clean state and the door worked perfectly.

I was recommended to approach Gary with a problem of remote controls not working as required. Gary immediately made me feel confident in his expertise. He rapidly amended the controls which worked immediately. He showed me the manual method of adjusting and using the alternative controls in the garage. He also lubricated the garage door rails etc. Thank you, Gary!

I saw this company advertising that they were registered as a 'Which? Trusted Trader', and so I decided to contact them to explain that my large and very heavy industrial type electric roller shutter garage door had stopped working and we couldn't get into the garage. Whilst talking to Gary on the telephone I was instantly impressed with his politeness and knowledge and very importantly, advising me what the fully fitted costs were likely to be, including VAT, for some of the possible causes, and his assurance that he would only do work that it was essential to do. A date was set and Gary promptly arrived and was as friendly and polite as he had been on the phone. He wasted no time in getting to work and ruled out that the motor was at fault and that the problem lay with the control unit and that this was also a cheaper repair for me. He replaced that and even fitted a safety system that detects movement underneath the very heavy door to prevent it lowering on anyone stood underneath it. He completed the full system repair whilst with us and we were absolutely delighted with the cost. Gary is a really good lad and his workmanship and customer relations skills are exemplary. Others would do well to follow his example. I wholeheartedly recommend him and won't hesitate to contact him again in the future if ever we need garage door repairs or replacement. From first contact Gary was professional and polite. He visited my home promptly, gave an assessment with no pressure and the purchase was entirely my decision. Quick to quote, the garage door was ordered and I was advised fitting to be in three weeks. Installation was spot on, quick and tidy. Gary is a very nice man and experienced tradesman. Very pleased with work carried out. Excellent service, would highly recommended.

3 years ago we made the poor decision to buy a cheap roller garage door from a company in Manchester. We had problems with this door and we were never happy with it. The company stopped trading and we needed to do something about the door as it would not close fully. I was recommended Gary. What a great guy, he made an assessment and it was clear that the door was not fit for purpose. He made adjustments so it would close and left the decision to us about what we should do. I asked for a quote and I was pleased with what he could do so we went ahead with a new door. What a difference, it looks so much better, it’s sturdy and so smooth in operation. It is also very quiet, there is hardly any noise. Gary also made repairs to the garage from the poor work conducted by the past fitters. I would fully recommend Gary, don’t make the mistake I made

From the very first contact Gary was very professional and his communications were always prompt and informative which is very rare these days. His knowledge was very comprehensive and offered good sound advice without any bias or a hard sell. The ordering process was easy no need for a deposit just pay after installation and Gary's delivery time estimates were spot on. The fitting was quick, efficient and very tidy, Gary and Jason did a very neat job of sorting out the area where the old door frame had been, the finished result was excellent. We are very pleased with the new garage door and the service Gary provided, it was good to deal with a professional who understands the importance of excellent customer care. We would recommend Gary and the service he provides 100%.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but have only just remembered to do it. This is no reflection on Gary and the service he provides, he is brilliant. In this day and age it is such a relief to get a tradesman who offers honest advice, turns up when he says he will and does a really good job for a reasonable price. He is also pleasant and polite. I highly recommend him.
