Original booking was handled very efficiently with details recorded for engineer call back. Follow up call from Richard the engineer to assess the issue being reported received quickly and a time for site visit arranged to complete work. Arrived well presented at arranged time and completed remidial work quickly. Gave opertunity to check that door was now working and good advice for future reference. Very happy with work completed and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Following an unexpected failure of door mechanism which left the garage contents vunerable to theft and ultimately access into house a security problem, GDW swiftly and efficiently made a quick temporary fix which solved both of these issues until a replacement spring was supplied and fixed in the timescale and price quoted which they promised. A top class job.

Terry then kept me up to speed on the progress of my order and arrangements as to when the door would be fitted, and when installed arrived promptly to time and the door was installed within less than 90 minutes, totally amazing.
