Ian came to assess the work then returned as soon as he could for our convenience. We couldn't be present for much of the time but he accomplished everything alone including moving furniture and taking great care to cover our possessions. Excellent job.

Ian painted and papered our hall. On his first visit he was able to recommend a plasterer to re board and plaster the ceiling before the decoration job started. He gave us a price for the job and an estimated start time which we were able to firm up once other works were completed. He discussed paints with us & advised where necessary. Whilst other works were ongoing he kept in touch by email. Communication was excellent. He arrived on time, completed the work to a good standard and kept to time schedule and budget. We would happily recommend him.

A very professional decorator with considerable expertise. Communication was very good and a quote was given before work commenced. The timescale for the job was kept to and there was flexibility on start times to fit in with family life. Good arrangements were made for an extra trader to help with the removal of a radiator. The quality of the work completed was to a high standard and cleanliness of the areas worked in was good and all areas were kept tidy especially at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the areas decorated and would thoroughly recommend.

This is the 2nd time this year we have used Ian, this time for a full redecoration of our hall, stairs & landing. Ian was punctual, friendly, did a wonderful job and left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ian - he did a wonderful job re-decorating our home office including wallpapering, emulsion and woodwork. He was always on time and left his work area very neat and tidy at the end of the day. Neat finish to all aspects of the decorating, and you could tell he was highly skilled with years of experience! We were so impressed we have asked for him to quote other jobs in our house.

Ian came to paint our hall, stairs and landing including woodwork, the work was all done to schedule and budget and we found that the price was very reasonable. Ian quoted us promptly after been referred by a friend. He arrived on time, did an excellent repair job on a cracked ceiling after water damage. The finish is so good the repair is nearly invisible. A proper expert tradesman. He even gave some free advice and filled some cracks on a wall we are going to decorate.

A small section of the lounge ceiling had been taken down to locate a leak. Ian agreed to the minimum disturbance of the rest of the ceiling. He did a perfect repair, matching the Artex pattern and painting the whole ceiling, sticking to his original estimate. Nobody will ever notice that a repair has been done. He took care to leave the absolute minimum of mess. It turned out that a wall unit that I had put up was insecure. He helped me take it down and gave me some better wall plugs to help me make a better job of putting it back. Ian was a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly use him again.

Ian visited us and provided a comprehensive and reasonable quotation for the complete decoration of our Hall, Landing and Stairs. This involved 15 doors and frames, both sides, all 6 panel doors and 5 having borrowed lights. The staircase also had a high well, ceiling and walls were all painted with high quality emulsion and woodwork was all done with Dulux undercoat and gloss. All this decoration was done with a high level of care and professionalism, which we were extremely happy with and had no worries relating to security etc. Ian was extremely pleasant and we have already asked him to return and do more decorating and also asked him to quote for our daughters house.
