Jacek and his team have just done a brilliant job of tiling the en suite in my new loft. I didn't make it easy for them because at a very late stage it became clear the (different) firm doing my loft conversion had left me with an uneven floor. Endlessly helpful and patient, Jacek and his men tiled the walls first, carefully allowed room for the builders to adjust the skirting boards, allowed time for the builders to put their work right, and somehow found the time to complete the job in time for the plumber's final fix. In the middle of a nightmare loft conversion, Jacek reminded me there are still people out there with pride in their work, integrity and kindness.

We have used JN Decor a number of times and have always been very pleased with the result and the quality of service. So when we decided on a complete revamp of our kitchen they were the obvious choice, although I was not sure that they would have access to all the trades required. Jacek and his team did a grand job. As it happened the kitchen furniture we chose had to be fitted by the company themselves to maintain the warranty, but JN Decor did everything else - removing an internal wall, new floor, new ceiling, plumbing, painting and decorating, and all the plumbing in of new appliances. With any project of this scale, there is always going to be the odd thing that doesn't quite go to plan. When this happened (eg finding a damp wall) or when we changed our mind (adding extra sockets etc) they were very flexible. They liaised with the damp experts and helped us source tiles that were hard to find. Highly recommended.

JN Decor have just finished a fairly extensive external redecoration of my house. Painstaking preparation work, neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

I have used Jacek for two jobs - the first was plastering the walls and ceilings in my kitchen, the second was tiling the kitchen once cupboards and worktops had been put in. He did the plastering at short notice and the finish is beautiful - my bro-in-law and parents, who had had plastering jobs done in their homes recently (not by Jacek) were in awe and wished they lived closer so they could have asked Jacek to do their jobs. The house was left clean and tidy after the job and Jacek and his colleague were friendly and hard working. The same can be said for the tiling job - done at short notice and quickly but without any loss of quality. It was not an easy job as there were many sockets to go around but the job was done beautifully and I enjoy looking at the tiling because it is so well done. I am a bit fussy! Regarding price, Jacek has not always come out cheapest but as he has been able to complete the jobs quicker than most tradesmen have proposed, and has not compromised on quality in order to be quick, Jacek has come out top overall.

Flexible, approachable, and very friendly. We've used JN Decor twice and are very pleased with the results. A fair price was offered and a great job done when it suited us.

Jacek and his team have just finished a decorating job for me. They were quiet. efficient and at the end of the job even moved the furniture to enable the new carpets to be laid. I will use them again.

We have recently had some internal decoration work done and are currently having the outside of our house painted. The decorators have been excellent- hardworking with few if any breaks, paying attention to the preparation work and finish, and cleaning up at the end of each day. We had a day of 'odd jobs' undertaken by Adam who was also efficient and tidy! Jacek supervises to ensure that work goes to schedule and to supply equipment and tools as neccesssary. Very impressed with JNDecor and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nice chaps, poor plastering completed on a job, had a new ceiling fitted - the end result wasn't straight...he did offer to come back to look at it, but it was quicker for me to sort it myself. Decoration was fine.

Friendly, efficient, punctual and great job. Would definitley use again.

Jacek designed and put up shelving in our garage. A small job which he was happy to take on. He did it brilliantly and very quickly. Very very pleased with the result. He also fixed our wardrobe door for us for free. Kind, efficient & professional.
