I found Richard and his team through Which? Trusted Traders – and I am pleased to say that I can now include my own positive review amongst all the others! I decided to have the majority of my two-bedroomed apartment (which is in a listed building) internally redecorated and this has been executed to a very high standard. The preparation was thorough throughout. My ceilings and covings needed a fair bit of repair in places – but this was done efficiently and tidily. Richard and his team were polite and helpful. There was a bit of a wait for their services but it was worth it. Thank you Richard, Chris and team.

Richard and his team decorated my newly acquired two bedroomed flat. We arranged a date well in advance and he was very good at communicating as things got changed. The team were excellent, very tidy, and had a very high standard of workmanship…….it’s a really brilliant job, I am really delighted……..and worth every penny !

After a really first class job Richard and team did for us last year we invited him back to quote to completely redecorate our lounge. It was immediately clear he was going to approach the job properly without taking any short cuts - he was competitively priced but I am convinced no one will have prepared and finished the job as well as him. Richard and his team decorated our bedroom in August 2020 and did a fantastic job, so we had no hesitation asking them back in March/April 2021 to work on 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, hall, stairs & landing and finally the kitchen. Superb work. Meticulous preparation followed by superb decorating skills. Polite, friendly and tidy. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Richard and his team.

I cannot praise the whole team enough. From the very first meeting till completion the service received was excellent. It was quite a big job, hall, stairs and landing. There was a lot of preparation, painting and papering, taking a team of 4, several days to complete. The attention to detail was noticeable. The entire team worked with great care and tidied up at the end of each day. They were polite and conscientious. We are so pleased with the transformation. Thank you Richard, Chris, Harry and Sam. And thanks also to Suzanne for the great service with the soft furnishings. I highly recommend them for your decorating needs and would use them again.

I can only confirm what's been said in previous reviews. They started a few days late, which is pretty good given the pandemic problems, and put in a shift to repaint the whole interior for Christmas. £6.6k for about 40 man days plus materials was well-judged; certainly not excessive. There was good communication about our requirements and about how to manage repainting every room while we were living there. The work was top notch - 4 weeks on, I'm still looking at it and thinking how pleased I am with it. The staff were professional, courteous and took appropriate COVID-19 precautions.

We were delighted with the results of the work Richard and his team did. We had two bedrooms and a study fully decorated, plus two other rooms and the paintwork of a full Victorian hall and staircase. Chris and Harry in particular, who were here every day, conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. They were considerate and very helpful in every way. They turned up on time every day and didn’t leave until the areas had been fully cleaned. Thank you Richard for your reliable, professional and friendly service. I will certainly be using you again in the future.
