I contacted Matt around 11am on Christmas Eve as I noticed a ridge tile had become loose and had slipped about halfway down the roof. Matt asked me to send pictures and he said Carl would be round in about 30 minutes. Carl arrived within 30 minutes and quickly got to work to reattach the ridge tile. Carl also checked the other ridge tiles and recommended further action. Carl took pictures of the work he had completed to show me. Excellent service, especially on Christmas Eve to put my mind of rest over the Christmas period.

This is about the third or fourth time I have used Roofbusters. From start to finish it’s always been an efficient and polite service from Matthew. They are there when they say they will be and carry out all the work to a very high standard. This is the only company I will use for any roofing work I may require. Recommended to my neighbour who also spoke very highly of his experience and the work completed.

I have used matt before and contacted him when I noticed the bay window was leaking when it was raining. He came out, took pictures and explained the work he needed to do. It is so hard to find a tradesman that you can trust, especially a roofer. 100% reliable and trustworthy. The reviews speak for themselves.

RoofBusters were the second roofing company we asked to quote us for a leak in the main bedroom of our house. This was after we were very sceptical about our first quote from a different company. The first company told me I needed my roof completely re-done and they bad mouthed a company who had done it only 48 months before which had now gone bust. The first quote was for just over £6,000 and they had provided photographs and quite a convincing picture, although something didn't feel right. RoofBusters came out and took photos and a lot of time to explain all the issues in detail and what was required to fix it. I did ask a lot of questions as I wanted to try and understand it clearly. Once I felt I understood the issue properly and asked for a quote for the work, I was absolutely astounded at a quote for £150. Yes, you read that right. Over £5850 cheaper than my first quote. I double checked and again spoke with Matthew asking lots of questions and seeking re-assurance as I couldn't wrap my head around the difference in cost. Once re-assured I booked the work with RoofBusters and within 3 weeks the work was completed on Friday the 11th of November 2024, the day before the storms hit the UK. For over a month now we have had so much rain, that I have been waiting to see if any leaks, wet patches or dampness would reappear in the main bedroom. It is now the 15th of December and pleased to report, the current weather hasn't penetrated into our bedroom. Job done.

I have no words to explain what an amazing group of guys Roofbusters really are! They have done the most amazing job of our roof and I couldn’t be happier with the result! They showed up on time if not early, and were just a pleasure to have working on our house. Kept everywhere super clean and tidy (even though I told them not to worry about the mess). Matthew was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us as we had a few problems regarding solar panels that was nothing to do with him, but he did everything he could to help. 1000% recommend! You’d be a fool to go anywhere else!!

Turned up on time, gave us options for repair, clearly explained. Detailed quote arrived the next day. Answered questions on the work promptly. Gave the best price. As the leaks were quite bad, they made a point of fitting the job in quickly. Did a neat job. Have had heavy rain since and no water dripping into buckets -thank goodness!

Our soffits were crumbling on one side of the house, and we called Roof Busters about replacing them and our guttering. Matt spotted there was a leak from below our chimney causing the crumbling, and pointed out our gutters were fine and they would clean them. They arrived on time on the agreed date and had finished the whole job by mid-afternoon. Matt showed us photos of the before and after situations. We were impressed by the speed and professionalism of the team. Some rendering had come away on the outside wall as a result of the leak, for which we hired a separate company, and they did their bit the next day, while the scaffolding was up. This was finished by Friday evening, and on Monday Matt arranged the removal of the scaffolding. The job had involved working from our neighbours land, and we'd like to stress how much we appreciated the consideration and tidiness of Matt and his team.

After having a RICS survey of our purchase property which highlighted some areas of concern related to the roof, we enlisted the help of Matthew to do a complete roof inspection to assess any urgent work required. Matthew came across very warm and friendly, communicated well throughout, carried out the assessment in good time and reported back in full. Fortunately, the roof is in great condition so nothing needs to be addressed imminently, however, should we need any work doing after our move, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Matthew to carry it out. Great service!

I contacted Matt (Operations Manager) following a recommendation from a neighbour for a quote to replace fascia boards and soffits and fitting dry verges to the gable ends. Matt arrived at 7.45 the following morning and explained precisely what the work involved and gave a very competitive quote. He and his team arrived early on the appointed day and immediately started working. They were friendly and professional throughout and completed on time. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship and would definitely use them again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing similar work completed.
