Work took a while, issues on both sides. Key delay from the managing agent to access boiler room. I booked an appointment but engineer off sick. However Serviceteam graciously paid for my parking on the day. Engineer running late but was given an ETA which really helped as I could plan the rest of my day accordingly. As it happened the job took 5 minutes!
