I choose this company as their quote was the most professional and they offered a range of options. Booking and dealing with the front office was a breeze. On the day of installation, the workers were on time, polite, clean & tidy & even finished earlier than planned. Highly recommend.

Mark came to install a new boiler and replace some pipe work. Everything from initial quote to end of work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Aftercare is excellent so far, Mark came out immediately when we had a query about the remote Control. No hesitation in recommending and will use South London Heating again.

New boiler with some issues all resolved now

I had a new Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler fitted with EasyControl that works with WiFi connection and can be controlled from a mobile phone. A total of three visits were needed to complete the installation successfully. The WiFi control key wasn't working due to a subtle wiring issue - more due to lack of familiarity with the new boiler. The kitchen cabinet needed fixed to accommodate the slightly larger boiler. All credit to Mark and the team, who bent over backwards to ensure the job was completed to satisfaction and they even brought in a carpenter.

The appointment to replace my boiler and radiator controls was made within a few days. The process was efficient and informative about types of boilers. The boiler was fitted in 6 hours. The controls were well explained and the area where the work had been done was left clean and tidy. An excellent job all round.

I've used South London Heating to do my routine gas boiler service for the past couple of years. They know what they're doing and they work quickly and cleanly. Needless to say, they are cheaper than a British Gas contract! I shall use them again.

I contacted South London Heating at about 9.15 one morning as my usual plumber had failed to respond to a text. A boiler service was due and I was keen to get this done quickly. South London Heating gave me an appointment time of 12.30 that day, arrived early, completed the service and also gave advice on a couple of other heating issues. Impressive and gave me complete confidence in them. I will certainly use them again.

Having had some very disappointing experiences with two other companies which left us with still unresolved issues, we decided to try South London Heating whose office is quite close by. From my first contact with them, I felt a lot more confident than I had with the others. The office staff are helpful and pleasant and responded effectively. We had someone to examine our central heating system very quickly and a solution of the change of the boiler was suggested. This work was organised and completed within the timetable set and the results have been even better than expected. Paul, the engineer who carried out the work, was very efficient and tidy, clearing up after completing the work. We are very happy with the result and will certainly use the company again and will recommend them to our neighbours.
