Used the Strysen heating ltd to drag my heating system to the 21st century. Mr Morris, the Director of the company did the survey and advised that needed doing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable person. Punctual, polite and efficient planning, set a date for the job to be done quickly and his amazing team finished the job of upgrading the thermostats, hotwater tank conversion to an unvented one, sorted the bathroom ventilator fans efficiently, sorted out the showers all in 2 days. Very impressive company, engineers, and team. Highly recommend them.

Zone valve failed whilst away from home, I called Strysen office and within an hour or so an engineer called and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was resolved within the time that a new valve could be obtained. It is clear that Strysen staff and engineers work to a high standard of integrity and competence and I would have every confidence in recommending them.

James has just left after completing a faultless gas boiler installation which included moving the boiler into my airing cupboard. I have never known anyone work so hard and never had a break. James went over and beyond leaving my house so clean and tidy- thank you. Amazing. Definitely five stars and I will recommend Strysen to all.

It's great when a company exceeds your expectations and goes above and beyond to help you out. After a terminal boiler breakdown Strysen Heating responded to the challenge where others had turned away, Came and surveyed the same day and juggled existing commitments to fit us in and replace our Worcester oil boiler within 2 days. All work carried out to a high standard and with a friendly professional team. Clean and tidy house with hot water again. It's never great to have unexpected expense but nice to see work carried out to a high standard with quality products. Thank you Strysen Heating

My family have used Strysen for new boilers and repairs. David Morris was very helpful and offered great advice on design to change an outdated 18 year old bathroom. David fully managed the whole project over two weeks. The quality of workmanship from him and his team has been first class. His team were a pleasure to have in my home and were all courteous, polite and hardworking. I was never left without any facilities and they cleaned up each day. It was an upheaval for 2 weeks, but what a beautiful finish. Use this firm as they take such a pride in what they do and deliver amazing results

We first made an enquiry about a new boiler on the same day as our existing boiler was classed as unrepairable. Three hours later David was at the house and advising us of our options. We decided the next day, and three days later the new boiler was being installed. We were delighted with this fast response as we were without both heating and hot water. The two engineers arrived on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They also repositioned the main radiator in the living room. Once completed, they cleaned up and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. From the first house visit to the time the job was completed (3 days), I was most impressed with the service we received. Both my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend 'Strysen heating and electrical' to anyone who requires this type of work.
