My job was booked through Supercraft & they have been excellent. From the first visit when my ideas were discussed and a quotation done. Right the way through everything has ran smoothly, even in very bad weather. The gentleman called Fab is so patient, polite & helpful & so very courteous. Every time I called him, he re-assured me & advised me. The 2 builders were great - again, polite, hard working & very punctual. Could not fault any of the staff. All great.

We have a 20 year relationship with Supercraft and whilst we always get a number of quotes, we always end up choosing Supercraft because of the standard, quality & efficiency of both product & workforce. Their most recent work, a garden room, was designed & built with an excellent group of both direct & subcontract workers who could not be faulted for their high standard of workmanship, their conscientiousness and their humour in working under some arduous conditions. The result, an excellent addition to our home.

The whole experience has been a pleasure. After having a bad experience with another so called professional double glazing/conservatory, I was very anxious. However, from placing my order to having the work completed, I have been extremely satisfied by the courtesy, professionalism & efficiency. The work has been carried out to an extremely high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company from start to finish, the whole experience has been a pleasure.
