Top service from start to finish. No heavy sales tactics when buying products. Salesman knew what he was doing, and workmen left it cleaner than when they started, could not pick any fault with workmanship (Bobon).

Ordered patio doors with air vents. Doors arrived and were fitted - no vents. Rang, rang again and again and again. Each time promised to ring back and arrange for vents to be fitted. Never rang back on any occasion. Very disappointed.

We maintain detailed and comprehensive records for all our sales contracts and in particular service and remedial matters with a dedicated service department, and have not been able to locate any details matching the comments above. From the off, Supercraft were the ultimate professionals. They provided advice and guidance and I never felt pressured with sales talk. Installation was quick and the staff were brilliant, accomplishing their job and keeping two toddlers amused! Would recommend.

From start to finish all the people we had dealings with were professional and polite. The fitters, Nick and Trevor, arrived promptly and did a really good job, thank you. This is the second time we have used Supercraft and would not hesitate to recommend them.
