We are repeat customers, as the workmanship and price good. However, the customer service and communication terrible. This particular job took 2 months of us chasing up to complete a job that took less than 2 hours. They have lost a customer.

Great work by the site team, let down by the office staff, failure to return calls. I had to chase for start date etc. Therefore my rating on customer service was only 3. If the office staff matched the site guys it would of been higher.

Had 4 x windows and 1 x door constructed and fitted. All done far earlier than expected to a very high standard by a very experienced crew who worked thoroughly throughout the day to get the job finished. Clean and tidy. Lovely work!
