I had a heavy column radiator that needed to be fitted in my upstairs master bedroom. My usual go-to heating engineer who had installed my other rads was unavailable so I engaged West London Gas. Sadly they were not capable, and it took three separate visits from them in an attempt to fit the radiator before I went back to my usual heating engineer who installed it professionally without any problems. The West London Gas team were polite and friendly guys but clearly there was an issue with experience and competency. The radiator got fitted crooked, then it was fitted and pulled away from the wall, and so on. They will blame the wall being weak, but my usual engineer was able to work with all of the walls in my house without any issue. I don't like having to leave bad reviews - but the review system is here so customers can share their experience and unfortunately I can't recommend these guys based on mine.

I had my entire central heating system flushed and a new boiler installed by this company. The three men who did it worked incredibly hard over two days and were very thorough. They laid dust sheets in the rooms where they worked on the radiators and cleaned up and removed materials and packaging at the end of each day. They were very friendly and before they left were careful to make sure that I understood the workings of the new boiler. The system hadn't been flushed for at least thirty years, possibly longer and every radiator is now working well. It's great. The other huge positive is the admin. When you ring you get Andrew in person. If he's busy with another call or with one of his team, he calls you back within five or ten minutes. When I first contacted him he sent someone round the next day to diagnose the problem. Once it was diagnosed he ordered the new boiler and I only had to wait a few days for them to come and do the work. He sorted out the warranty and the gas safety certificate and forwarded them to me for my records. An excellent company from every point of view.

Needed a new boiler as a matter of urgency, of all the people I contacted for a quote, West London Gas were, by far, the most professional right from the start. Luckily they were able to visit for a quote very quickly, and the same day I received a couple of emailed quote options (note - some companies did not want to do this even when I asked). Speaking with them about the quotes I found him to be very knowledgeable and he answered my questions, and helped me understand the differences in product and warranty etc. Luckily, again, they were able to install the new boiler within a few days of the quote, it was done within the day and everything is now all running perfectly. Frankly the most professional service I have ever received and I can whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you West London Gas!

Totally brilliant! Have been looking for a company to look at our faulty coal-effect gas fire for over a year to no avail, but then found this local company who were not only able to do it but came within 3 days! Very efficient, friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommend this company, especially Edgar who was our engineer. Last week West London Gas replaced an old floor boiler in my flat with a new combi boiler. I had been putting this off because I didn’t think it was going to be a straightforward job. However, from my very first call to the company and after speaking with Andrew in the office, who gave me advice about boilers, I felt I was going to be in safe hands. I was not wrong. The installation went very smoothly and the agreed schedule and budget was stuck to. The engineers, Peter, Jonathan and their apprentice were very pleasant, helpful and punctual. They were very professional at all times and left my flat very clean and tidy after completing the work. I had a query about the thermostat after the installation and once again Andrew was very helpful and I am confident that the company will happily provide any after care should it be needed. It was a refreshing experience to deal with such a professional company and I can highly recommend West London Gas.
