We are very pleased with our new carport, which is unobtrusive and sleek. The company have been professional and helpful from start to finish, from initial discussions about different design options, optimisation of size in the space available, the requirements for the carport base to support it, requirements of the planning authorities, and sheer hard work in fitting it to a high standard. They were able to hide the guttering at the rear. We had not previously been a fan of carports, but have now changed our minds.

We recently had a garage extension and decided to cover our back yard and renew our carport. We were lucky to find 123v PLC and their representative came along straightaway with samples of their products and took measurements to give us a quotation which was sent to us promptly. I could call and discuss it further to adapt it to our budget. One of their directors (Dave) made a further visit to go through the design and took time to answer all my questions. Throughout the manufacturing time, I was able to speak with William and Robin who are also directors and they have always been very informative and helpful. The installation was exactly on time as promised and we had Dave and Yanik who were immensely professional and helpful staying late hours to finish the job on time. We are over the moon with the final product and every time we look at our Veranda enjoy the workmanship and usefulness of it. The icing on the cake was speaking with the Operations Director (Pam) at the end who immediately sent us our 10 year guarantee. We can not recommend this great company highly enough.

I contacted 123v having read reviews online as I was looking for a Carport installing to my property in West Cumbria. Following an online enquiry I was contacted by William and a quote prepared very quickly, following a site survey by Sam I was happy to go ahead with the project. Within a week we had agreed an installation date and details and after a brief chat with Lyndsay in the office a date was agreed, deposit paid and the following day the team arrived and started work. The whole project took a day and a half and with minimal disruption and the finished job looks great and is a fantastic addition to my home. Very pleased with the whole interaction and finished product and would recommend 123v for their excellent service and delivery.

All though the team are out of Devon they were always prompt excellent review of winds and process of best suited product. Robin owner and engineer explained fully all processes. Then gave quote and all flowed brilliantly to fitting. After care superb brilliant communication at all times. Dib and Jake turned up to fit gave good assessment of best height and fitted immediately after a 4hr drive and on to their next job in Cornwall. Ensure they have good strong tea and biscuits. The fit is quality looks really good and serves good purpose as I intended. Covering an area for motorbike/car and hot tub. Both worked known stop bless them in cold windy conditions with no complaints. Pam & Lyndsay in the office they were great quick to complete sorted all monies. No problem. Will offered financial advice buy now pay later good option for those who need it though decided to pay up. Overall what a good business from boss to workers. Product is beautiful and cosmetically very practical and sure it’s put more value on my house. 10year guarantee. Would think a certificate to that would be better but it’s in writing on the invoice. Don’t wish to give new homeowner costs. So please consider A4 certificate. Thanks. Hope all is well.

I had searched for a canopy to cover decking next to my house. I came across 123V as an installer, and noted that they combined their canopy with Solar Panels from Polysolar Ltd. This was an ideal mix for me. This was their first venture into a residential solar installation in Scotland and some hiccups along the way. There were delays due to MCS certification caused by a lack of communication between BSI and MCS, in no way due to123V or Polysolar. Throughout, William at 123V was very helpful and the eventual installation ran very smoothly. I am well pleased by the canopy and the benefit of the solar panels. This has been an excellent service from William and the team at 123V and I can heartily recommend them for their support through this process and commitment to this collaboration.

We commissioned 123v to design and build a car port structure to house 30 solar panels. The entire process in association with the electrical team from M&F Group was excellent. The team listened and work in partnership with us and the installers were absolutely brilliant - very organised and fast. Could not recommend them highly enough

After searching for a company to provide a veranda to the rear of our property, we looked at and discounted all the usual suppliers and eventually located a number of bespoke manufacturers. After several visits and quotes we selected 123v who assisted fully with design advice and the planning application (as ours was slightly above permitted development). Now whilst there were some issues during this process, we would immediately add that 123v were exceptionally flexible and determined to resolve them to our complete satisfaction which they did. This should be seen as a positive sign of their total commitment to customer satisfaction as, quite often, you can be lured into a companies hype and glossy brochures with promises that disappear one they have your cash. This was definitely not the case with 123v. We have lived with the veranda now since 2013 and it has not failed to bring family joy as a great asset, as an additional outdoor room. It has not failed in its appeal or appearance during this time and retains its place high on our most favourite room in our house. I have no hesitation in recommending 123v and their team.

I contacted 123V by email enquiring about a bespoke veranda built with a 23Deg deviation from the square of the building. They supplied a quotation and William, Sam and Gabriel visited my house to check all dimensions supplied. A price was agreed with terms and date for installation. Due to issues I had with my roof I had to postpone the date of installation by some 5 Months which William confirmed as this would not be a problem. Sam and the team arrived and completed the installation in 2 days to a very professional standard. They were polite and courteous very tidy and left an exceptional job. During the whole process, Lindsay the office administrator kept me informed of the stage payments required and dates due. Highly recommend William and all of the 123V team for their professionalism, quality and service supplied. It's a pleasure in this day and age to get a company that's trustworthy.

I am very pleased with the car port fitted on my drive. The quality of workmanship and materials were as promised by the surveyor. They did a very tidy job, polite and clean. I would definitely use them again.
