Super efficient engineer. Rang ahead of time and arrived exactly on time. Very friendly, very professional and gave me some good tips for setting the thermostat. Very polite and very respectful of our home. Cant recommend enough will definitely use again!

I’ve struggled to find any engineers that deal with Dimplex . 1st call came out as arranged , Richard was helpful offering advice on the best solution for the property . A date and time were planned for installation, the engineer arrived at the exact time and installation took a day. There was no mess or any inconvenience. I did struggle with programming and after an email, Richard came straight out and explained how to change the program setting. I never leave reviews but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service

We mounted a new radiator ourselves and needed someone to plumb it in, including chasing the pipe around the room below the skirting board level. After enquiring, they visited to provide a quote within a couple of days, and then after accepting the job, they were flexible about when we wanted the work carried out. The work carried out was done super tidy, we were really impressed with how the engineer carried out the work throughout the day. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back for any and all future plumbing needs.

I use 1st Call Gas Services every year to service my boiler and they are excellent. From my initial call to arrange their visit to receiving my receipt and technical documents everything is straightforward. It couldn’t be simpler. The guys are all polite and professional and make sure that I’m happy with everything before they leave. I wouldn’t dream of using any other company.

Came at agreed time , knowledgable and thorough when appraising my system . Was friendly, professional and tidy. Installed a new radiator - made a lovely job even though the radiator I bought wasn't the right width for the existing pipework. Also resolved long standing issues with isolator valves which had been fixed ( but not fixed ) already. Reasonable bill for good work . So happy that everything works . I am a new customer and I will be booking my next service with you. Thank you.

Heating programmer replacemeny

My heating programmer wasn’t working and 1st Call Gas came to replace it a couple of days after I reported the problem. The engineer brought 2 programmers and gave me advice as to the best one. It was fitted quickly and he set it for me.

Sorting out leak under kitchen sink

Very able in that they found the source of the leak speedily. Gave advice but asked my opinion on way to manage it. Went to a local plumbing supply agency to get the parts needed. Included me again in the decision making by sending me photos from the shop. Fitted new taps efficiently Left everywhere clean and tidy.

Originally fitted the boiler a year ago and returned to service the boiler. They are very pleasant and efficient and left no mess. The engineer explained everything well. I would wholeheartdly recommend this company to supply and fit a boiler

I had a first year service check on my boiler. This took approximately 15 minutes to complete, and l was made aware of the service cost prior to booking the job. The service engineer was named Jordan, he was a very pleasant, respectful and friendly young man. He explained what the service consisted of, completed the record book and advised me what my following annual service will involve and gave an approximate cost.
