Replaced very old boiler/water cylinder, completed on schedule and budget. They were polite, friendly, hard working. They covered all carpets and areas were they were working, nothing was too much trouble. They have been back since installation to help me use the thermostat. Would definitely recommend.

Over the last few years we have used them on three occasions and they have been very efficient work was done to a high standard and all aspects of the work went as smoothly as we could have wished. We experienced a problem with our boiler and the diagnosis suggested that the best option was a new boiler which was fitted in 3 working days time. Also some minor repairs have been carried out promptly and efficiently. We are very grateful for the responsive and reliable service.

Our first visit from 1st Call was the week before to remove a large radiator that wasn't required anymore and to check on two other radiators that were not working. The engineer was very friendly, polite and worked very quickly. It was no easy task for him to get to the piping under the floor, but he took it all in his stride. We decided to order a new radiator for one of the rooms and the engineer measured up for this. This was ordered very quickly for us after we were given the price first. Very impressed with the quick, effcient sevice and another very friendly engineer. Will definitely use 1st Call again.

The boiler fitters were efficient courteous and very tidy. The work was done on the days agreed and the price was very competitive. Will be using this company for our annual service.

Having had a new boiler installed two years ago, and with many residual problems left unsolved, I decided to look for a local gas heating company. I called 1st Call Gas Services Limited and was left with with a good feeling with the Reception Staff. I have now used this Company on three occasions and it was like a breath of fresh air. I commissioned the company to replace a defective thermostat, service the boiler, and to resolve noisy pipework. Their engineers carried out the work with great efficiency and resolved these defects. The engineers, without naming them, completed the work, were friendly, helpful and kept me informed on progress. There is clearly an effective teamwork in place from the front office through to engineers and communications within the company are clear. I have no hesitation in using the company again and would recommend them to others.

Contacted 1st Call originally to service our boiler and gas fire. Found out we needed a new boiler as original one was unsafe and we had our new boiler fitted and working in 3 days, great service, much appreciated. Both Gary and Jamie were very efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and tidy. Highly recommended.

Engineer arrived within time slot agreed and carried out the job professionally and thoroughly as well as giving a full explanation of the work undertaken. No problems at all and will definitely use this company again in the future.

This was our usual annual service by 1st Call Gas Services Ltd. Arrived on time, boiler service completed without any problems. The engineer, Gary Boot was very efficient, explained what he was doing and advised that we would need new seals on our next service. Gary was very professional and courteous.
