1st Independent Windows replaced my old wooden framed double glazed windows with new uPVC double glazed windows. The new windows look good, and there is a noticeable reduction in traffic noise from the main road. The room feels warmer. I'm very happy with the end result, the overall process from survey to installation, and communication with the company.

I had 4 windows fitted by 1st Independent Windows recently and I was very pleased with both the windows and the workmanship of the fitters. The installation team came promptly on the day, and worked hard to keep to schedule. The windows are what we expected and are keeping us warm! Communication was easy and even a crack that happened during installation was remedied quickly and without fuss.

We have used this family firm before and knew of the quality of their service and products. James the fitter arrived promptly and was a diligent worker. He left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly pleased with the way he offered suggestions to some additional trim which was required. A good product and good job well done.

No hard sell at all. Very competitive quote and those all important recommendations meant with went with this small local company. Really pleased. Windows and new doors look fantastic and come with long guarantees. Installation team were a pleasure to have in the house and really grafted. Kept us updated on progress, what they were doing and when. Really good job with no complaints at all. Plenty of communication from the office too. Had issues with 2 locks which were not quite working as they should and a couple of windows that had imperfections. Installation team highlighted this and arranged replacements immediately. Great standards of attention to detail.
