I had my windows and patio doors done by the Ist Independent team. Pretty impressed with the quality of work, timeliness , planning and efficiency of the team. Right from the point when we started exploring options to the time the team walked out of the door having done the job, I have always found this team extremely capable, knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with the client to ensure complete satisfaction. There was transparency all through the process with all details shared to ensure no ambiguity. Pleased with the end result and thank you guys. I would highly recommend 1st independent.

I had 4 windows fitted by 1st Independent Windows recently and I was very pleased with both the windows and the workmanship of the fitters. The tidied up after which window was installed and left the my rooms spotless. I would definitely recommend 1st Independent Windows. I am planning to have the remaining 3 windows fitted/installed in the coming weeks.

We had a great experience with 1st Independent Windows earlier this year. Michael was very professional when he came over to measure up the windows and supplied a quote within a couple of days. The quote was much more attractive than any of the larger companies we looked at and we felt we were getting good value for money. Communication throughout was exceptional, Katie was on hand to answer any queries we had and she made the process run smoothly. Finally, our fitter George was brilliant, he was super friendly and finished the job efficiently with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Contacted 1st Independent Windows to come for a valuation was not given a hard sell. So we decided to use them in short they were brilliant! They fitted five windows in total and we was really pleased with the end result. We was informed right the way through. Many many thanks.

This is the third time I have used 1st Independent. They have now replaced the front and rear windows with beautiful sash windows, quality brass fittings and locks. They also replaced a patio of patio doors which is no low threshold with clean lines and also brass handles and fittings. They came when they said they would and made a nice job of the fitting. Very pleased.

I have used 1st Independent for the odd window replacement. And been pleased. This time round I chose them to replace the whole front of my house, 2 bays & 3 double windows. It took 3 days with hardly any disruption. The young man Michael arrived 8am every day and worked solidly without any breaks! He did a fantastic job and very professional tidying all the mess. I am so pleased with the end result & I know the quality will match the final look. I would highly recommend.
