While I’m pleased you were happy with the care taken during the removal, the delays and communication issues fell short of the standards we aim to deliver. On the morning of your booking, we suffered an unexpected system failure that disrupted scheduling and caused confusion with addresses and timings. I spoke with you at 8am to advise that we would arrive closer to midday rather than 9am, but unfortunately further complications led to more delays. For this I sincerely apologise. To clarify, your job was not sublet — we used one of our trusted carrier partners, who was best located to you, to ensure the collection could still be completed. The items were then safely returned to our depot for re-homing, as agreed. I appreciate this was not communicated clearly, and that lack of explanation added to your frustration. We are reviewing our systems and communication processes to prevent this from happening again. Thank you again for your patience on the day, and for recognising the care taken once the removal was carried out.
