Outstanding service from start to finish
Adam and his team installed a new boiler and replaced all 10 of our radiators. From the initial visit through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The work was completed to a very high standard, and they were exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the installation. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept us informed every step of the way. The finished job is excellent, and it's obvious they take real pride in their work. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Adam took out our old boiler and installed a new one. He came and gave us a competitive estimate for the work, which we accepted. He set a date for the work, arrived on time and started work with his colleague. Throughout the work, they worked efficiently and tidily, producing minimal mess, which was cleared up as they went along. They tested the new boiler and explained to us what had been done and the differences from our old boiler. After their work they arranged for the old boiler and packaging to be cleared and sent us the invoice, which matched their original estimate.

A bathroom leak was responded to promptly and efficiently. Subsequent work for a number of smaller plumbing jobs that had mounted up (replacement shower and taps, leaking tap, new loo seats ...) was carried out to a good standard. Good communication and understanding of my needs were appreciated. Would highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic job. Adam spent a long time advising me on pros and cons of different boiler types and gave me clear quote for each type. They turned up as discussed on the Monday and efficiently replaced my boiler. They showed professionalism, friendliness and respect throughout and left my house clean and tidy. Adam helped to set me up on the HIve app and ensured my warranty was completed correctly and he is happy to help if I have problems with App in the future. So definitely went the extra mile. The final amount was exactly as quoted. Thankyou for a great service and will definitely be using your services again!
