A proper professional . Used scaffolding for access and safe working - not working off a ladder. Luke very efficient when quoting and discussing work needed. Gave advice positively and politely. Work completed efficiently and speedily to ensure roof made fit for purpose before predicted bad weather. His colleagues worked smoothly ,very polite and cleaned up with no debris left at completion of work. Would strongly recommend; not cheap but a good job is not cheap. Being a Which trusted trader gave me confidence that if issues did arise there is an agreed process to resolve them.

Visited quickly as the roof was leaking. Quoted, explained cost and arranged the soonest date to complete work. Great communication. Took a photo of the damage to the roof prior to work being carried out requesting final confirmation to proceed. Smooth and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Luke and his team removed ivy off the side of our house and roof within days of me contacting him. They arrived on time. They quickly and very carefully removed the ivy without creating any mess. They were friendly and very helpful. I was really impressed with their service.

Luke was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with a quote which he honoured. He came on time as promised and completed the work without any apparent problems. He also cleared up afterwards and replaced part of our water butt which had to be removed while he did the work. I can't judge the quailty yet as he repaired a leaky flat roof and it hasn't rained yet! However, I trust him to have done a professional job and the result looks good so far.

Work carried out was- Supply two level guttering to access lead work and higher cast iron guttering Removal and disposal of cast iron gutter Supply and fit of 150mm cast iron gutter and brackets Pointing and securing of lead work on lower roof Supply and fitting of chimney bird vowels Inspection of Velux window chimney/ridge tiles and flat roof Luke was good to deal with on a personal basis and very professional He responded to my initial request promptly . We agreed the extent of the work quickly We agreed start date, duration of work and finishing date. These were kept to including the scaffolding His team were very tidy workers on a daily basis I will definitely use him again

We had a tile missing and a couple of loose weather boards, as well as two minor leaks. Luke was very helpful identifying the cause of the leaks and the work was completed quickly and professionally. In summary, good service at a competitive price and I'd have no hesitation recommending Aline Roofing.
