I wanted to say how brilliant the guys were on moving day! Professional, friendly, excellent at helping me with my cat under the kitchen drama and so absolutely careful they didn’t leave even a scuff mark on the walls! The customer service team were also brilliant at responding to my queries and putting up with the various moving dates! They made it feel like it was no drama. I’m utterly delighted with the service and would recommend Bristol van removals to anyone.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Van Removals based on our two experiences. The team moved us into storage firstly and then from storage to Scotland. I wouldn't look for any other removals company now, (were it not for the fact that we now live in Scotland!). Fantastic experience! The guys were super friendly and upbeat. We had a lot of stairs but they tackled them without complaint and managed to get our sofa back out the front door, no easy feat. On arrival at our new place, they were very careful and helpful, making sure all our items were put in the right room which saved us loads of time when it came to unpacking. They had a blanket they put down so they didn't track mud into our new home. Very happy! Thanks a lot, guys!

They arrived punctually and were friendly, polite, hardworking and efficient. They treated all our belongings with care and offered a great service. We have used the company before and have always been impressed. They have overseen previous moves and they were all fantastic, as was the team in the office.

When we sold our 3-bed house in North Somerset we used Bristol Van Removals for transporting the entire contents to a storage unit in Bristol. One year later we used them again to transport our things from storage to our new house over an hour away. Both times it was a 3-man team using 2 vans. We thought the service was astounding. For our recent move, Liam, the team leader, and his 2 colleagues, Milen and Nelson, were very professional, punctual, friendly, showed attention to detail, and very respectful of our needs – nothing was too much trouble; they were super careful with our new flooring, reassembled the bed, connected the washing machine, etc., always with good humour. To be perfectly frank, if I were starting a removals company, these 3 guys would definitely be my first hires. They’re simply unbeatable. Whoever is handling recruitment at BVR is doing a fine job. I would also like to mention the superb communication skills of Aimee and Livvy in the office. Emails were answered promptly, usually within the hour, and calls returned likewise within the hour. They were also very accommodating when we had to switch dates after our first house purchase fell through at the last minute. We found the rates to be very competitive. A very happy customer.

I just want to say a huge thank you to BVR for your recent services for our home move at very short notice, thank you Aimee for your support. The day was more stressful than imagined due to exchanging and completing the same day. A very special thank you to the team Ben, Dan, Joe & Dale, who arrived punctually at 8 am on the 3rd November. They were all polite, professional, very careful, courteous and very hard working, all cheery with great work ethic and a can-do attitude. I thought I could pack well, but these guys definitely are the experts at filling space. From completely emptying the old house to fully unloading into the new, and everything where you asked for it to be, these guys were top class, even overcoming the size of sofa issue in a small hallway to the second floor of the new house. I highly recommend BVR and would definitely use it again if we ever move again.

Bristol Van Removals were brilliant! Joe and Jammer were amazing, so quick and efficient. Also managed to put together a complicated IKEA bed that fell apart in the move - my partner and I were ready to just go out and buy a new one but they managed to put it back together. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for making our house move as stress free as it could be!
