From the initial quote to the last box leaving the lorry the team were friendly, professional and cheerful. The access at our new home was definitely tight and there was a delay getting our keys. The guys that moved us were great and and were positive throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were brilliant from start to finish. We had lots of drama getting out date confirmed - we ended up with less than 72 hours notice! The ladies in the office were lovely - Aimee in particular was constantly checking in and was really sympathetic with the situation. Given I was already totally stressed it was really nice to have that! On the day the guys were amazing. We had wardrobes that we realised the night before we couldn’t collapse without destroying - they worked really hard and managed to move them without us having to ruin them! They worked really hard and were really friendly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better after the stress of pre move week!

As arranged by Dave the Director on a pre-visit, the 3 guys arrived at 9 am on the dot and got stuck into moving all out packed boxes and furniture immediately - the 3 men, Dan, Dale and Katarin who were friendly and worked well as a team. They moved us our of our house in time and after a lunch break they moved us into our new house - they took furniture into their desired rooms upstairs and downstairs and were pleasant to communicate with. They worked hard and took some necessary breaks. They even reassembled a wardrobe for us which had to be taken apart to be moved and managed to move a heavy table through a window into our new property. We were most impressed and would definitely use the company again. We were pleased with the price. Thanks guys!!

A great company who I have used twice now in the last few years. This latest move they were just as brilliant as last time - very friendly, fast and professional. They worked super hard through horrendous weather and never stopped smiling. The best removals firm I’ve ever used over a lifetime of frequent moving! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I used Bristol Van Removals to move my flat furniture from storage to my new flat (up two flights of stairs at the end of a long day for them). They were incredibly quick and efficient and moved everything (including some very heavy furniture) with no fuss. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to move in the Bristol area.

We recently used Bristol vans for a move from Bristol to a little village south of the city. They were great to deal with from the first enquiry. We arranged a video show around the same day, and the quote came in really quickly. The price is so reasonable (we got a lot of quote and they were the best). We had lots of issues with our completion date changing and Aimee was very patient despite us changing the date multiple times, and always tried to accommodate us and communication was fantastic. The moving team themselves were on time, polite and friendly and worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble even at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

We found Bristol Van Removals via this Trusted Traders website and were immediately impressed by their reviews. We hired them for our recent house move and are SO happy we did. The three guys worked like absolute troopers all day, happily moving our stuff out of our old house and into the new one. (I have no idea how they remained so cheerful all day, but it was great to see!) What an amazing job Carl, Jake and Dan did today making my move so much less stressful! They arrived early (they rang ahead to make sure it was convenient) packed the van up in a quick and efficient time ensuring they took great care. They dismantled both beds and put them together the other end. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when they arrived at my property and couldn’t pass under the overhang and had a little way to walk with my things! What a wonderful service! professional and light hearted chaps with constant smiles on their faces despite having to lift my 35k weights (with one hand I might add) everything was perfect from start to finish, brilliant service and organisation and timing was outstanding. Thanks guys.

From Ben and Dale packing to Ben, Dan, Liam and Wayne who physically moved us, every aspect of the operation was absolutely brilliant. They were careful, cheerful, and very patient as we had a delay of more than 3 hours in the middle of the day. They stayed until late and everything was in the house.
