We chose EA Mobility due to their accredited status with Which and the fact they were prepared to take on a complex project in an old house for an elderly lady. Andy the installer proved himself to be diligent, skillful and extremely hardworking. His ability to overcome challenges and problems, and to deliver a high quality end result was very impressive. The project took longer than planned but Andy was prepared to go the extra mile until completion. Although initially resistant to the project, an elderly lady is now very happy and feeling very safe with her new walk in shower. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally and we would have no hesitation in recommending EA Mobility.

All interactions with EA Mobility were very courteous and professional. Sales person made it very clear that he was not going to try and sell us a "package but instead only those components that met our unique requirements. Cost and time involved would thereby both be optimised. It was made clear that the installers were very experienced and all their work would be covered by EA's insurance. Installers went to great lengths to minimise any mess and went to great lengths to tidy and clean up after they had finished for the day. End result met / exceeded my expectations.

We have just moved house and the first thing we needed done was a new wet room within what was a dining room previously and was to become a ground floor bedroom, including sealing up the old access which could not be used by a wheelchair and opening up a new access point which involved a load bearing wall. The initial survey did not reveal quite how difficult this process would prove to be. To give EA their credit, the team stuck to their review pricing and we agreed to go ahead. All persons involved, from contact with the HQ staff to the project manager and the several skilled tradesmen involved on site were dedicated and knowledgeable but we have to give particular praise to Paul Barratt, who performed the great majority of the work; work that would have disheartened a lesser man, but not Paul. He is a multi-skilled expert and produced inspired answers to some thorny problems. The end result, although it took considerably longer than originally thought, was a magnificent testament to Paul's ability and EAs workforce.

I can’t praise this company high enough. From Michael, the salesman, who talked through the various options, recognised my dads needs, provided samples of materials to be used, was polite, and efficient - all without being pushy! The office staff were great too. Always dealt with any queries promptly. Materials arrived on site at agreed time. Chris, the installer, so polite and worked quietly and efficiently. He asked if it was okay to turn the water off, what time to arrive in the morning and was aware of our needs whilst he was there. He was a very clean and tidy worker. Rubbish removal was done on time once Chris has finished. More companies should follow this company’s example of how to provide excellent service and experience. Thank you to all at EA Mobility.

Kieron started installing my new mobility shower on Monday and finished well within schedule early pm today (Thursday). Any minor problems were resolved quickly and completely to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the result and look forward to using the shower for the first time tomorrow. It was a pleasure to have Kieron working in my flat as he kept disturbances to a minimum and was friendly and positive. I am so glad I chose EA Mobility.

From start to finish, Kevin our fitter was exceptionally helpful, professional, and considerate. A special mention must go to Kevin, who did the installation with great care and attention. He was always mindful of our comfort throughout each stage of the build process, ensuring we were informed and at ease. Kevin worked diligently over the five days it took to complete the project, and his dedication to the finishing touches truly made the whole installation a complete success. Kevin’s respect for our home and his effort to minimize disruption was greatly appreciated. The new walk-in shower has transformed our bathroom, making it far more accessible and comfortable. From start to finish this company was exceptional. Salesman was very helpful. Not pushy at all. From when we accepted their quote to work starting was quick. The installer, Auris, was a very hard worker. Explained everything he was doing. He was friendly and helpful. All in all the whole job was done perfectly. All equipment installed was done to a high standard.

They replaced my bath with a walk-in shower and redid the existing tiled area. Their fitter, Kiran, was very thoughtful and took great care that I was not too inconvenienced during the process. There was also minimum disruption to the existing bathroom. His work on the shower is immaculate and I am delighted with the end result. In general I found EA Mobility very pleasant to deal with and am happy that I chose them to do the work.

I had a more accessible bathroom fitted recently by EA Mobility, and it has made an incredible difference to my life. EA Mobility fitted exactly what I needed, namely a walk-in bath, a higher toilet with a smart bidet seat, and a more accessible sink unit. They revamped every inch of the bathroom, and the end result was amazing. EA Mobility was very professional, matched exactly my requirements, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going ok. Rich, the fitter, coordinated with me throughout the day to cause the least disruption possible and ensured that at all times I had access to the bathroom as needed. He was clean and tidy, clearing up every night so that everything was safe. Instead of being a chore to use the bathroom, I now have my own personal spa as the bath came with jets, a light show, even warm seats in the bath and loo! Rich was a perfectionist, friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job, positioning everything exactly how I wanted. He checked everything and patiently answered all my questions. He finished exactly on time (the day before my birthday!), and as quoted. I love every inch of the new bathroom. I cannot praise EA Mobility, and especially Rich, enough for their professionalism, skill, communication, attention to detail, and follow-up. I especially thank them for making it all happen before my birthday in spite of the tight timeline to order and fit everything. I strongly recommend them and only wish I could use them for the rest of the house!

I’m very happy that my recent bathroom change has been done to a very high standard. I’m enjoying having a shower cubicle instead of having to step into a bath first. All the panelling looks good, as does my new ceiling and floor. Auris , my fitter, was very good at problem solving and keeping me informed and asking my advice where needed. The job was completed within the 10 day schedule. Budget wise I thought it was very reasonable. Their flexibility in paying deposits around credit cards was very much appreciated. The lead up to the start of the job was fairly efficient. I would recommend that new customers keep a written record of everything that is discussed and agreed, especially with the initial salesman and don’t be shy about asking questions and reviewing colours etc. Overall, they are a very friendly company who do listen to their customers and strive to do an excellent job.

The local mobility store gave me a leaflet recommending EA mobility and I decided to get a quote. Kevin, the owner came to see me within a few days of my contact and took me through options. Denleigh came soon after to carry out the survey and within a very short period of time, Auris arrived to carry out the work. As he set to work on installing the level access shower, he had to drill into concrete that was extra hard and packed with stones and had to uncover 4 pipes and move them. He showed the patience of Job and the usually invisible prep work was completed to a very high standard. Everything was done carefully and professionally, with great attention to detail. The new handbasin was too small, but it was changed at the earliest opportunity and a belated addition of mine was completed at the same time. It was a pleasure to welcome Auris every morning. I had thought the quotation was expensive but when I witnessed the work involved it was definitely worth it. Well done everyone at EA mobility 👏👏👏

Moved to new property. Due to medical problems cannot use bath. Contacted ea mobilty First contact was positive with explanations of cost and appointments to follow. Sales and surveying came with further information and Shaun in particular was extremely helpful in finding ways around any problems that might arise. Within three weeks i was given a date to commence work. The fitter, Richard came on time with Shaun and work commenced. Richard was great, working virtually non stop.. He kept me informed all along the process understanding my needs. All debri was removed on the day of completion as promised. All together is was a very positive experience. What was said would happen, happened. Very happy.

We just had our bathroom completely refitted by EA Mobility. We couldn't have been happier with the service offered. Our fitter, Kiran, was excellent. The standard of his work is 5 star and he was always punctual, friendly and hard working. The customer service from the company was also excellent. We love our new bathroom!

We selected EA Mobility to re-fit 2 bathrooms within our home. They converted our ensuite to an accessible wetroom with shower bench and refitted the main bathroom to include an accessible bath, plus refitted our cloackroom too. I could not fault the work that took place and am so pleased with the finished work. The team helped ensure that we had practical and fully accessible spaces within our home, but supported us with achieving our vision of ensuring the rooms still felt stylish and not 'medical/hospital-like'. Rich was our main contact on site and he was absolutely incredible - his technical skills were excellent, and he was also fantastic at communicating with us throughout the project so we knew exactly what was happening and when. I felt completely comfortable having him in our home for the couple of months whilst the work was being undertaken - he became part of our family for the time he was on site! His attention to detail was superb and he took great care with everything that he did. A big thank you also to Phil who worked with Rich for the first half of the project - his tiling skills were exceptional and I am really pleased that we were able to fully tile the ensuite and have the tiled feature wall too - thank you so much! I would not hesitate to recommend EA Mobility, and if Rich is your primary contact then you are guaranteed to have a positive experience as he really does care about what he's doing. I was impressed by the efficient organisation I.e. arrival on correct days, delivery on time, work carried out as required. There were a couple of little glitches, but they were sorted out without problem.

I had a bathroom converted into a shower/wetroom. The work was done to the highest standards by hardworking Chris who never left any mess behind. Communication with the company's departments was ongoing throughout, always friendly and helpful. The work was done at the agreed date and in the scheduled time.

My fitter was Stuart. He did an excellent job. He had to take out the old bath, which was done as cleanly as possible. Everything was covered so there was very little to take away. The fitting of the new walk-in was done very expertly in a, not too bigger, bathroom (now a shower room}. I would give my verdict on the work done as very professional at a reasonable price. So thank you for an excellent job well done.

We had our bathroom made fully disabled friendly. We were treated well from beginning to end. We have to praise the fitter Ryan especially. He worked very hard and expertly. He was friendly with it. We would definitely recommend E A Mobility.

I have recently had a refit of my son’s wet room. I got other quotes but, from the outset EA Mobility stood out as the most professional and experienced; and the company who would give the best end result. We have not been disappointed - the room looks fantastic! Chris, who undertook the work was kind and professional throughout. He went to great extremes to ensure Samuel’s personal care needs were met around the work and help him maintain all of his dignity. I could not fault him. From the start EA Mobility provided a first class service. Their advice on redesigning a small ensuite shower room to incorporate a specialist bath was innovative and created a more spacious area. Kieron was appointed the fitter for the complete job, excluding the floor - he maintained a clean and tidy work space and his work was excellent. We are very pleased with the result.
