Very satisfied with our new shower room installation. The project taken by EA mobility was seamless from start to finish. Accomplished in a short period of time with very minimal disruption. E A Mobility are an excellent company to deal with from booking the first appointment to completion of the wet room. Auris our fitter was extremely hard working, talented and a pleasure to have in our house. Having struggled for a year to find a company that would fit a wet room in spite of the concrete floor and underfloor heating, we now have a stylish and functional wet room enabling us to stay in our current property.

E A mobility were excellent. They created a wet room at one end of a downstairs room. They took out patio doors and built a wall and built a partition wall. The work was completed in 3 weeks, as promised, with minimal disruption and mess. Everything was left tidy afterwards. All the people involved were excellent, especially Darren who did most of the work. Everyone was friendly and communication was good. The wet room looks good and works well. We appreciated the advice given initially on design and materials.

EA are a very good company, very professional from start to finish. They were quoted a price at first visit which we were happy with Had a new wet room floor installed. The fitter Adam was such a nice guy, nothing was too much trouble. The finished job was great, we are so happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

LAWSON was our fitter. What a nice man. He is the cleanest,and most considerate trades person we have ever had. He arrived on time this Monday having travelled 4hrs from S/Wales and finished today Wednes He worked all the time, never stopped for lunch and very rarely accepted drinks. When ever we met in the hallway he always allowed me to pass and was very polite. He used the garage for all the parts and even put a ground sheet down when sawing on the drive way to catch the sawdust. He left everything as clean when he left as when he started. He assisted me as to where grab handles and poles should go and explained why. Nothing was to much trouble. We say a big thank you to him.

Phil was our fitter and he did a great job. Turned up on time every day, he never seemed to stop even for lunch and cleaned up everything before he left. We were kept informed all through the job and every stage was explained to us. We are very pleased with the result, it is just what we required.

We chose EA Mobility due to their accredited status with Which and the fact they were prepared to take on a complex project in an old house for an elderly lady. Andy the installer proved himself to be diligent, skillful and extremely hardworking. His ability to overcome challenges and problems, and to deliver a high quality end result was very impressive. The project took longer than planned but Andy was prepared to go the extra mile until completion. Although initially resistant to the project, an elderly lady is now very happy and feeling very safe with her new walk in shower. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally and we would have no hesitation in recommending EA Mobility.

All interactions with EA Mobility were very courteous and professional. Sales person made it very clear that he was not going to try and sell us a "package but instead only those components that met our unique requirements. Cost and time involved would thereby both be optimised. It was made clear that the installers were very experienced and all their work would be covered by EA's insurance. Installers went to great lengths to minimise any mess and went to great lengths to tidy and clean up after they had finished for the day. End result met / exceeded my expectations.

We have just moved house and the first thing we needed done was a new wet room within what was a dining room previously and was to become a ground floor bedroom, including sealing up the old access which could not be used by a wheelchair and opening up a new access point which involved a load bearing wall. The initial survey did not reveal quite how difficult this process would prove to be. To give EA their credit, the team stuck to their review pricing and we agreed to go ahead. All persons involved, from contact with the HQ staff to the project manager and the several skilled tradesmen involved on site were dedicated and knowledgeable but we have to give particular praise to Paul Barratt, who performed the great majority of the work; work that would have disheartened a lesser man, but not Paul. He is a multi-skilled expert and produced inspired answers to some thorny problems. The end result, although it took considerably longer than originally thought, was a magnificent testament to Paul's ability and EAs workforce.
