I had a bathroom converted into a shower/wetroom. The work was done to the highest standards by hardworking Chris who never left any mess behind. Communication with the company's departments was ongoing throughout, always friendly and helpful. The work was done at the agreed date and in the scheduled time.

My fitter was Stuart. He did an excellent job. He had to take out the old bath, which was done as cleanly as possible. Everything was covered so there was very little to take away. The fitting of the new walk-in was done very expertly in a, not too bigger, bathroom (now a shower room}. I would give my verdict on the work done as very professional at a reasonable price. So thank you for an excellent job well done.

We had our bathroom made fully disabled friendly. We were treated well from beginning to end. We have to praise the fitter Ryan especially. He worked very hard and expertly. He was friendly with it. We would definitely recommend E A Mobility.

I have recently had a refit of my son’s wet room. I got other quotes but, from the outset EA Mobility stood out as the most professional and experienced; and the company who would give the best end result. We have not been disappointed - the room looks fantastic! Chris, who undertook the work was kind and professional throughout. He went to great extremes to ensure Samuel’s personal care needs were met around the work and help him maintain all of his dignity. I could not fault him. From the start EA Mobility provided a first class service. Their advice on redesigning a small ensuite shower room to incorporate a specialist bath was innovative and created a more spacious area. Kieron was appointed the fitter for the complete job, excluding the floor - he maintained a clean and tidy work space and his work was excellent. We are very pleased with the result.

After receiving quotes from 3 suppliers I engaged EA Mobility to convert a bathroom in my private residence to a walk-in shower room. The process from initial survey through removal of the bath and installation of the shower and plumbing was conducted expertly and proficiently. The tradesmen involved were professional and polite. In particular the work was carried out with minimum fuss and noise over 5 days and at the end of each day the bathroom was left clean and tidy and rubbish removed from the house. I am delighted with the end result and the walk-in shower will make a huge difference to our lives. I thoroughly recommend EA Mobility for this kind of work.

This company was chosen by pure chance, they appeared to know their business ethos which was especially necessary as we had no idea what we needed other than a wet room. From the initial contact to the final goodbye, they advised, explained and consulted, everything revolved around my needs. We were kept informed at all times and a start date was agreed upon, Auris, our technician was very professional and extremely focused on the project, he kept all disruption to a minimum and left our home clean and tidy every evening, he was someone you were happy to have working in your home. Our wet room was completed on time and within the agreed budget, it looks very smart and top quality and we would be more than happy to recommend them. They know what they are doing and have a full understanding of the needs of someone who is disabled, they don’t push unnecessary gadgets or outlandish ideas, they are a company you would be happy to work with.

From the very first contact we experienced thorough professionalism. We had our bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower and replaced our single radiator with a double. From the first visit by Andy, EA’s salesman, we felt reassured that this was a company that we’d be confident working with. Their quote was at the higher end, but their creativity and willingness to provide exactly what we wanted in our wet room justified this. The work was started very promptly and the highlight of the experience was having Ryan the fitter around for the week. It was so refreshing to have a tradesman that did not bring problems to us, he just got on and solved them. He also suggested improvements to the original design, which the company acted upon swiftly and without question. My elderly parents also felt completely safe leaving Ryan home alone to crack on, what a lovely bloke. I totally recommend EA Mobility. Amazing wet room now being enjoyed by everyone (toddler paradise!) and waste and snagging dealt with promptly. Thank you!

Our second wetroom is to be installed by EA. So pleased with the main bathroom installation we went the whole hog and had our ensuite converted rather than just a re-vamp of the tired shower unit, tiles etc. One point of note - have plastic vanity units.

The whole job was really well done,even though the fitter had to work in a confined space. Dan was a very hard working and pleasant person to have in the house. He was considerate and helpful when explaining things to us. He certainly put in a full days work and left everything very clean and tidy,and he was only to happy to help us with anymore questions over the phone. I would rate him ten or more stars more if could.

We have had a walk-in shower installed to replace the bath plus other necessary alterations to accommodate the installation. It was a pleasure to work with EA Mobility from the initial enquiry through to completion. Customer care at the forefront. Auris was excellent, always involving me in any decisions. His attention to detail was remarkable. My wife is delighted with the work having returned home after being away for ten weeks.

We have just had a walk-in bath installed in place of the previous bath in the bath area of our bedroom master suite and we were dreading the probable mess. The fitter Gary could not have been more pleasant or helpful and was very careful not to damage the existing decorative tiling surround more than was absolutely necessary. He kept the mess to an absolute minimum and when the installation was completed, the bathroom and bedroom were left immaculate. Gary worked hard to complete the installation in two days and worked late on the second day to finish everything. When everything was completed, the new bath was much more aesthetically pleasing than my wife and I had feared and the installation was surprisingly hassle-free at least for us if not for Gary!

My husband has recently been diagnosed with motor neurone disease and we were advised to plan for the future, plan for the worst and hope for the best. Our lovely bathroom needed to go and a wet room take its place, not something I wanted and to me, too institutional, at a time when both of us were feeling rocked to the core by such a devastating diagnosis. From Kevin Carvell's first contact to see what workarounds could be managed, through to Auris and his team's installation, things went smoothly, extremely competently, with kindness and patience all the way with our endless questions. There were a few issues with the installation of the Closomat toilet, which were dealt with quickly and competently, with Closomat ringing me within hours to sort out any issues (another good company who don't 'make a drama out of a crisis') so no dragging heels to get things sorted. We also had 2 doors altered, one a pocket door and the other sliding, to accommodate any wheelchair that my husband might need in the future. Auris' attention to detail is second to none, Jon Hayday the project manager was on hand when needed and we haven't any complaints about any of the project; if only they all went so smoothly.

From the moment that Jon Hayday, Installation Manager, came to see us we were involved in every aspect of the work - questions answered, advice given, knowledge and expertise shared. We had our bathroom replaced with a wetroom, also a separate cloakroom and outdoor loo replaced. The work took 3 weeks and covered every aspect, we literally handed over every single thing to the team and trusted them to do the job. Jon visited regularly to check on progress and we also received calls from Paul to ensure we were happy with the ongoing work. The work done by everyone was excellent but we'd like to make special mention of Craig (senior) and Kiran, who were exceptional. Many thanks also to Jon, the two Steves, Craig (junior), and the admin staff - Cheryl, Robert, Paul, and Pete, the mobility specialist. My husband was in hospital after Chemo. Lost the use of his legs. I decided to have a new shower or wet room to make it easier for him when he returned home. Was recommended by a friend who had had a new bathroom earlier to use this firm. The planning went well on the next day and everything was explained about the walk-in or wet room. Although more expensive I decided on a wet room. Gave me a date in December. The surveyor ( think that’s what he’s called) then came and measured all the pipes etc… to my amazement he said we’ll start next Monday, October 21. As it was it was on the 23rd that Gary started the renovation. I was visiting the hospital every day and had to leave him there at 1 o'clock to do his work. He was absolutely brilliant. His work is very professional and cleaned up every day after him. He was very kind and obliging. Would trust him with anything.. My wet room is Simplicity and Quality. In fact, people around where I live have wanted to see it. The rubble and debris were taken away in 2 goes and not a mark after them either. I have received several phone calls from management to see how it was going and if was I satisfied, so customer care is important to them. I can thoroughly recommend EA Mobility. They did an excellent job for me. The unfortunate end to this is that my husband comes home from the hospital next week and will be unable to see it as he cannot stand or walk to go on the Stanna Stairlift upstairs, so it’s now been done for me and I love it.

Ensuring Richard’s safety in the bathroom while bathing was our top priority. EA Mobility demonstrated extensive knowledge about Richard’s condition of Down Syndrome and recommended adaptations to enhance Richard’s safety without making the bathroom look clinical. The journey with EA Mobility has been outstanding, featuring specialist knowledge and high-level communication from design to completion. The installation manager, Justin, was exceptionally polite, responsive to our queries, and clearly experienced in bathroom adaptations. The installer, Phil is one in a million; nothing was too much trouble. Phil respected our home, was punctual, clean, tidy, and highly skilled, ensuring timely completion even after a brief delay with the flooring. The resulting walk-in shower, anti-slip flooring, grab rails, and body dryer will make bathing for Richard easier and safer. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire EA Mobility team.

I wanted my en-suite shower room and family bathrooms converted to wet rooms. On the initial call, I was given an estimate of a typical wet room and was pleased that the actual quote after the survey was considerably less. Doing both at the same time provided significant savings. My wife was due out from the hospital after a stroke so I wanted the work completed beforehand and it was although there was a couple of days overrun. The technicians, Ivan the main builder and Steve the floorer did excellent work. I assume that all jobs of this type have unforeseen snags that arise but Ivan was particularly conscientious in ensuring that the quality of the end product was not compromised by shortcuts even if the work took longer than expected. He worked long hours and ensured that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. I am pleased with the accessories added. The heated towel rails are of good quality, the shower mixer taps have a simple on/off lever and the shower slider lock is a simple press and slide mechanism which can be easily be used with one hand which is ideal for my wife. Overall I am very pleased with the end product and feel it is good value for the money

EA mobility have been a pleasure to work with from first contact to completion. At a stressful time they were always supportive and coped with various changes we made to the order. Whilst every contact deserves praise our fitter Dan is worthy of special mention for the quality of his work and his friendly and helpful attitude We would have no hesitation in recommending EA mobility

EA Mobility were contracted to remove our existing bath/shower and WC pedestal and install new walk-in electric shower (with seat) and WC. Work involved boxing out the area above a sloping floor that was hidden by the old bath, installing new waterproof wall panels throughout and laying non-slip floor tiles. This was done in accordance with the original quotation with minor additions done to a price agreed before start of work. The nine day installation was a one-man operation apart from a short period of electrical supply re-wiring to accommodate the higher powered shower. The installer was punctual each day and worked extremely hard showing competence and quality in all the necessary skills. I was consulted politely when decisions on installation details were required. The completed installation met all our expectations and looks very pleasing. Everything was left clean and tidy and waste materials were removed promptly. The only issue was some degree of confusion when communicating with head office. The start date agreed with the project manager on his visit was not as registered on EA's system so the work eventually started 2 days later after some negotiation. I also received two telephone requests for final payment before the job was completed. It would seem this job was confused on their system with another which had been completed. Despite these minor annoyances, we are very pleased with the overall result.

Very satisfied with conversion of bathroom to a wet room. Excellent service from initial consultation, survey right through to installation and follow up to ensure I was happy with the work. Ryan Dangerfield, the fitter, was very professional, helpful and ensured the process caused as little stress as possible. The finished job has exceeded my expectations and has been well worth it.

I am very pleased with my new wetroom. As an amputee I needed someone to convert my bathroom into a safe space to shower and toilet. EA Mobility were able to do this with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience. Their products and materials are of good quality. The fitter was considerate and his workmanship of a high standard. I was consulted throughout to ensure everything met my needs. The result is that I am able to use the room confident that I can do so safely. An altogether positive experience.
