We had the old bathroom taken out, replacing the fittings with a walk in shower including a seat and grab rails, WC with vanity unit and wash basin. We had wall panels in place of tiles and LVT Polyflor, again to replace tiles. Good and informative initial meetings with Andy and Justin. Followed by excellent installation by Wayne. He kept us fully informed as to how the work was progressing and quickly dealt with unforeseen problems. We found Wayne to be very friendly, polite and helpful and with the exception of a short lunch break he worked throughout the time he was with us.

Complete removal of old Bathroom. Refitting with Walk-in shower, Toilet, Basin, Vanity Unit-3, Grab Rails and new flooring. The installer "Ryan" was always neat/tidy and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. He handled unexpected problems in a very professional way and found time to make a "Fuss" of our dog. We have no problems in recommending this company as everyone from start to finish, including the delivery driver, where very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the conversion.

Complete gutting of old bathroom and re-fitting with modern walk-in shower. Job completed on time and on budget. Work was tidy, and fitters were most accommodating for my particular domestic circumstances. There was a water leak outside their control, but it was speedily dealt with. Kept me involved with developments, and readily incorporated my requests.

Wow, EA Mobility transformed a very tiny and dated toilet and separate bathroom into a beautiful combined bathroom. Professional from start to finish. Justin was my “project manager” and Dan my “fitter” and both were superb. Courteous, polite and perfectionists. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Because the project was quite big, I had to vacate my property for a while but Justin was in touch with me with frequent updates etc. I had a walk-in-in, whirlpool bath + overhead shower, a raised toilet, plenty of appropriately placed grab-rails, towel rail and sink etc. Beautiful non-slip flooring and they even got cleaners in afterwards to make sure I didn’t come home to any mess. I can’t thank them enough, they’ve improved the quality of my life for which I’m very grateful.

EAMobiliy recently installed a walk-in shower. There was no pressure to sell at any time and nothing was too much trouble. I was involved at every stage of the project which was completed on time and finished to a very high standard. The fitter Phil, was always on time, polite, respectful and neat and clean in his work. He was fantastic at solving any problems. After using the shower another grab rail was necessary which EA Mobility were happy to oblige. I would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with our new wet room. Company were very helpful and bathroom fitters were excellent, professional and did a very good job of our bathroom/wetroom. Would highly recommend them.

I needed a more accessible shower and advice as to whether our small en-suite could be converted to a wet room, as my local council had said that the walls weren't sturdy enough for grab rails. I received excellent advice and service from EA Mobility, starting with my request for a catalogue and my follow-up phone call. Kevin then came and viewed my shower room - no hard sell but a comprehensive explanation of how they could future-proof my wet room and make sure it met all my needs. And how they would reinforce the walls and fit grab rails! Stewart came a few days later to confirm the details of the contract and answer any questions. The following week Dan started work and he was the main fitter, doing everything except the floor. This was definitely a bonus as I didn't have to worry about the sequencing of jobs etc. Dan was a pleasure to have in the house, completely professional, helpful, friendly and completed the work to a beautiful standard. And I had contact throughout the process from Paul in the office, to confirm everything was running to schedule and going well. Dan spotted that the wrong radiator had been delivered, but got a replacement within the hour. I cannot fault the customer service from all at EA Mobility, and the standard of work is fantastic. Completed on schedule and within budget as well. I now feel safe when showering and it has made such a difference to my feeling of independence. Being an amputee I needed a wash/shower area (wet room) that was safe and accessible. From the first visit I knew from the presentation and literature that this was the Company that I wanted to do the work. I got other quotes. This Company stood out from the others by a massive margin. Gary turned up a few weeks later who did all the stripping out/preparation. He did the complete job fitting/plumbing etc apart from the floor fitting and electrician. Gary was absolutely amazing for the whole job. He was so clean and tidy. Very particular to even the smallest detail. He worked non stop from morning to night. He had his coffee and lunch on the go. Not even stopping for a well deserved break. So polite and professional. A rare thing these days. The only problem was, was his singing and whistling. He needs lessons on these. Hee hee. He was always happy and took a massive pride in his job. What an ambassador to his Company. I would highly recommend AU and Gary without any doubt at all. 100%.

Our existing shower was unsuitable for my wife and we needed a low level walk in shower. Our situation was promptly appreciated by the sales team (incidentally, no high pressure sales techniques or rubbishing competitors’ products) and project manager, and especially by Richard, who fitted the shower. As the work went on he confirmed that things like the grab rails and seat were appropriately positioned for my wife, kept me informed if anything expected occurred (like a floor rafter being being in exactly the wrong place) and how he proposed to resolve it, and worked quickly and efficiently. Richard arrived punctually each morning (throughout all appointments were kept at the time agreed) and at the end of each day explained what had been completed so far and what he would be doing the following day. Happy to give this endorsement of his work. PS: If Richard fits your shower, he likes strong coffee with two sugars!

We moved into a bungalow on 8th April and chose EA Mobility to adapt the bathroom to our needs,replacing the bath with a walk in shower. When Gary arrived from EA to start work none of us was aware of the horrific mess of bad plumbing he would find beneath the floorboards. EA found specialist cleaners to clear up the mess so that it was safe for Gary to rebuild the plumbing system properly before he could continue with the original project. He worked tirelessly to get things back on track even though it involved extra time away from his family. He was wonderful - a real life superhero! We are pleased with the result which has been done to a high standard. Thank you Gary and EA. As far as we are concerned we cannot imagine that any other firm could have delivered this quality of service and workmanship sticking with the challenges against considerable odds. EA and Gary-you come highly recommended.

Today, the 3rd May the installation of our walk in shower was completed by Wayne. Wayne arrived promptly on the 1st May. He was friendly, polite and considerate. He worked non stop for 3 days taking only half an hour for his lunch the first two days but didn’t stop today. We managed to give him a drink just before he left this evening. His work ethic is excellent. Everything was cleaned down and tidied away before he left each evening. The whole bathroom was spotless when he left today. He chose well for the little extras we had to have such as a finishing strip along the floor and was so very helpful in his suggestions for positioning the grab rails and seat. Everything has been done to perfection. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you

My bath was replaced with a walk-in shower. I was kept fully informed about the whole process. The work was completed by Kiran on time to an excellent standard, with the minimum of disruption and all my individual needs were taken into consideration. I would have no hesitation in recommending this trader.

I've just had my bathroom remodelled by EA Mobility. From start to finish they have been friendly, professional and fully understanding of my needs and requirements. Their installer (Lawson) turned up on time on day one, he was well presented and friendly. Throughout the install he kept me informed, he arrived each day at the time he said he would, he worked hard, even when thing didn't quite go to plan he was able to adjust. Very swift and professional response to enquiry. Two visits to discuss and clarify our needs. Work began beginning of the next week. All completed in 4 days. Installers were polite, professional, hard working and very well organised. Answered all our questions and kept us informed at all times. Very pleased with the result. Would recommend the company.

Being disabled and no longer to be able to get in the bath/shower we consided a walk in shower so I could be wheeled into it. But after consultation with EA we had a wet room insalled instead, The workmen ( fitter,electrican and floor fitter) were absoloutely fantastic, worked hard and cleared up every night to leave us safe. Would VERY HIGHLY recommend, they were all very professional including the office staff who were just as good polite and caring with all our needs.

I had an easy-access bath fitted recently. I had 2 face to face visits from staff beforehand, and received excellent, thoughtful advice without being in any way pressurised into making a decision. The team who fitted the bath were punctual, polite and professional, and the chief fitter, Auris, worked incredibly hard and was determined to produce an excellent result for me. I also received several calls from the office while the work was being carried out , to make sure I was happy with progress, and then the finished result. Thank you to everyone for an excellent job.

Our 40-year-old bathroom required a makeover with a new walk-in shower and full bathroom suite. In a house 135 years old no easy task as no corners are square or walls flat. The job took two weeks and the result is superb. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was exceptionally high. We are immensely satisfied with the result. The tradesman who carried out the work, Gary, could not have worked any harder for us. Here every morning by 8-30 and with us until 5 every evening. He carried out all the tasks to a tremendous standard and was a pleasure to have in the house. We will always be grateful to him for his efforts. The company were very good to deal with and we would have no hesitation recomending them to others. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the work done. A large cabinet shower had to be removed before the walk-in tub could be fitted together with wall panels and shower. Ryan did the installation and he has done it perfectly and we are extremely pleased. Thank you very much.

For mobility reasons I needed to change my shower to a walk-in bath. I am so thankful that I chose EA Mobility when I was looking online. Kevin the owner came to my home. He discussed my requirements, cost and timing. Darren came to do the installation. The work done is excellent. I couldn’t ask for more. If any problem arose Darren solved it. Darren is a friendly person and very easy to talk to. The work was finished earlier than I expected. An excellent worker, part of an excellent company.
