Being an amputee I needed a wash/shower area (wet room) that was safe and accessible. From the first visit I knew from the presentation and literature that this was the Company that I wanted to do the work. I got other quotes. This Company stood out from the others by a massive margin. Gary turned up a few weeks later who did all the stripping out/preparation. He did the complete job fitting/plumbing etc apart from the floor fitting and electrician. Gary was absolutely amazing for the whole job. He was so clean and tidy. Very particular to even the smallest detail. He worked non stop from morning to night. He had his coffee and lunch on the go. Not even stopping for a well deserved break. So polite and professional. A rare thing these days. The only problem was, was his singing and whistling. He needs lessons on these. Hee hee. He was always happy and took a massive pride in his job. What an ambassador to his Company. I would highly recommend AU and Gary without any doubt at all. 100%.

Being disabled and no longer to be able to get in the bath/shower we consided a walk in shower so I could be wheeled into it. But after consultation with EA we had a wet room insalled instead, The workmen ( fitter,electrican and floor fitter) were absoloutely fantastic, worked hard and cleared up every night to leave us safe. Would VERY HIGHLY recommend, they were all very professional including the office staff who were just as good polite and caring with all our needs.

Complete removal of old Bathroom. Refitting with Walk-in shower, Toilet, Basin, Vanity Unit-3, Grab Rails and new flooring. The installer "Ryan" was always neat/tidy and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. He handled unexpected problems in a very professional way and found time to make a "Fuss" of our dog. We have no problems in recommending this company as everyone from start to finish, including the delivery driver, where very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the conversion.

We had the old bathroom taken out, replacing the fittings with a walk in shower including a seat and grab rails, WC with vanity unit and wash basin. We had wall panels in place of tiles and LVT Polyflor, again to replace tiles. Good and informative initial meetings with Andy and Justin. Followed by excellent installation by Wayne. He kept us fully informed as to how the work was progressing and quickly dealt with unforeseen problems. We found Wayne to be very friendly, polite and helpful and with the exception of a short lunch break he worked throughout the time he was with us.

I've just had my bathroom remodelled by EA Mobility. From start to finish they have been friendly, professional and fully understanding of my needs and requirements. Their installer (Lawson) turned up on time on day one, he was well presented and friendly. Throughout the install he kept me informed, he arrived each day at the time he said he would, he worked hard, even when thing didn't quite go to plan he was able to adjust. I'd highly recommend EA Mobility for your bathroom needs.

EAMobiliy recently installed a walk-in shower. There was no pressure to sell at any time and nothing was too much trouble. I was involved at every stage of the project which was completed on time and finished to a very high standard. The fitter Phil, was always on time, polite, respectful and neat and clean in his work. He was fantastic at solving any problems. After using the shower another grab rail was necessary which EA Mobility were happy to oblige. I would highly recommend this company.

From the first visit by Andy, EA’s salesman, we felt reassured that this was a company that we’d be confident working with. Their quote was at the higher end, but their creativity and willingness to provide exactly what we wanted in our wet room justified this. The work was started very promptly and the highlight of the experience was having Ryan the fitter around for the week. It was so refreshing to have a tradesman that did not bring problems to us, he just got on and solved them. He also suggested improvements to the original design, which the company acted upon swiftly and without question. My elderly parents also felt completely safe leaving Ryan home alone to crack on, what a lovely bloke. I totally recommend EA Mobility. Amazing wet room now being enjoyed by everyone (toddler paradise!) and waste and snagging dealt with promptly. Thank you!

My husband was in hospital after Chemo. Lost the use of his legs. I decided to have a new shower or wet room to make it easier for him when he returned home. Was recommended by a friend who had had a new bathroom earlier to use this firm. The planning went well on the next day and everything was explained about the walk-in or wet room. Although more expensive I decided on a wet room. Gave me a date in December. The surveyor ( think that’s what he’s called) then came and measured all the pipes etc… to my amazement he said we’ll start next Monday, October 21. As it was it was on the 23rd that Gary started the renovation. I was visiting the hospital every day and had to leave him there at 1 o'clock to do his work. He was absolutely brilliant. His work is very professional and cleaned up every day after him. He was very kind and obliging. Would trust him with anything.. My wet room is Simplicity and Quality. In fact, people around where I live have wanted to see it. The rubble and debris were taken away in 2 goes and not a mark after them either. I have received several phone calls from management to see how it was going and if was I satisfied, so customer care is important to them. I can thoroughly recommend EA Mobility. They did an excellent job for me. The unfortunate end to this is that my husband comes home from the hospital next week and will be unable to see it as he cannot stand or walk to go on the Stanna Stairlift upstairs, so it’s now been done for me and I love it.

My husband was very ill in hospital, so our ‘thought about’ wet room very quickly became a priority. From the initial ‘phone enquiry, the customer service was exemplary. Martin made the first visit, drew up plans, emails were sent to me at every stage, all my questions were answered, and one thing I must emphasise all the EA Mobility guys who came were really kind and considerate to me. I was here on my own, my husband was very unwell in hospital and I was visiting nearly every day, they were quite happy to fit in with my erratic time schedule. Lewis came to do the survey, gave me a start and finish date and as my husband was discharged from hospital before the start date Lewis kindly made a 2nd visit at my request to talk through the process with my husband. Chris the installer was brilliant, he worked so very hard and some of the days were very hot. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a fantastic guy - well done to all and thank you, it is fab!!

Kieron started installing my new mobility shower on Monday and finished well within schedule early pm today (Thursday). Any minor problems were resolved quickly and completely to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the result and look forward to using the shower for the first time tomorrow. It was a pleasure to have Kieron working in my flat as he kept disturbances to a minimum and was friendly and positive. I am so glad I chose EA Mobility.

The local mobility store gave me a leaflet recommending EA mobility and I decided to get a quote. Kevin, the owner came to see me within a few days of my contact and took me through options. Denleigh came soon after to carry out the survey and within a very short period of time, Auris arrived to carry out the work. As he set to work on installing the level access shower, he had to drill into concrete that was extra hard and packed with stones and had to uncover 4 pipes and move them. He showed the patience of Job and the usually invisible prep work was completed to a very high standard. Everything was done carefully and professionally, with great attention to detail. The new handbasin was too small, but it was changed at the earliest opportunity and a belated addition of mine was completed at the same time. It was a pleasure to welcome Auris every morning. I had thought the quotation was expensive but when I witnessed the work involved it was definitely worth it. Well done everyone at EA mobility 👏👏👏

Eastern Adaptations made an excellent job of adapting my bathroom and provided sound advice on safety matters. The work was well organised and the equipment was on site from the start, so there were no delays. The workforce were well turned out, unfailingly polite, skilful and hardworking. The job was completed with a day in hand and I am delighted with the result!

Very clever adaptation to our tiny bathroom made it possible to change it into a wet room for my disabled husband. The representative understood the problems with the room and quickly suggested putting a sliding door outside, a brilliant idea that has made such a difference. I was in no doubt this company had the expertise to give us a safe bathing area for my husband. The representative also gave a quick look at our cloakroom and advised a floor-to-ceiling pole giving my husband something to hold onto having left his walking frame outside. This has proved to be such a lifesaver as this is a place where my husband has fallen twice, but now he automatically grasps the pole which is placed perfectly to give stability as he enters the room. The work on the wet room was carried out to a very high standard, the fitter has been very meticulous about every detail. Nothing was too much trouble making sure we were not left without a toilet throughout the work. This company has given us a beautifully finished wet room done to a very high standard.

From start to finish the installation of a wet room and revamp of the toilet was carried out in a very timely manner. I received the Quote on the 24th March and the whole project was completed by the 11th May. (with a slight hiccup on the rubbish clearance). All personnel, John Tobias (who provided the Quote), Lewis the Project Engineer), Lawson (the Installation Engineer) plus the Electrician Floor Layer and even Maxine back at HQ, were thorough, competent and extremely likeable, setting us at ease and confident in their ability to provide an extremely timely installation. As the 'main man', Lawson could not be faulted, he worked like a Trojan and took all the pitfalls, associated with an older property and limited space, in his stride. He kept us informed at all stages and made sure that everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. How many times he went up and down the stairs I've no idea. As for the finished project, we are well satisfied with the workmanship and finish - we now have a fully lined and furnished wet room and toilet, with all new fixtures and fittings plus we no longer have to be embarrassed by our old Avocado suite. Thanks to all concerned.

We had a wet room installed and from start to finish we were kept well informed throughout the entire process and the team have been polite, helpful and respectful of our home. I have to give a special mention to Dave our installer who has done an excellent job even after encountering a few problems. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team and it is so refreshing these days to have excellent customer service

We are so happy with the great work done in our bathroom & kitchen. All thanks to the skilled, hard work of Gary. Both rooms now look transformed and life has been made so much easier. The care and communication from EA mobility was first class. All completed on time, I would recommend EA Mobility without reservation. Once again, our gratitude to Gary for his courteous manner and his professionalism throughout.

Our walk-in shower was fitted to the requested time scale. Richard the installer was very pleasant and thoughtful, and consulted us as the work progressed. We could not fault the standard of his workmanship and we are delighted with the result. We had contacted other national companies carrying out similar work and were not impressed, so were pleased to find a company that was so helpful.

At the Outset,Nothing was too much trouble for the EA Mobility. Kevin, the owner attended , estimated, discussed what our requirements were! Estimate was satisfactory, surveyor/ PM Lewis initially reviewed the quote to make sure all was good with installation pending. Lewis kept us informed at all times. Communication was superb! Adam the installer , once again a credit to EA Mobility. Adam was able to keep disruption to a minimum of existing - even going out of his way to find a very close match to existing tile required - hence the Exceptional service Title. Chris & Steve we need to mention also as they were active On the project and exceptionally helpful Would welcome discussions to recommend them highly

We have just had a walk-in bath installed in place of the previous bath in the bath area of our bedroom master suite and we were dreading the probable mess. The fitter Gary could not have been more pleasant or helpful and was very careful not to damage the existing decorative tiling surround more than was absolutely necessary. He kept the mess to an absolute minimum and when the installation was completed, the bathroom and bedroom were left immaculate. Gary worked hard to complete the installation in two days and worked late on the second day to finish everything. When everything was completed, the new bath was much more aesthetically pleasing than my wife and I had feared and the installation was surprisingly hassle-free at least for us if not for Gary!

Ensuring Richard’s safety in the bathroom while bathing was our top priority. EA Mobility demonstrated extensive knowledge about Richard’s condition of Down Syndrome and recommended adaptations to enhance Richard’s safety without making the bathroom look clinical. The journey with EA Mobility has been outstanding, featuring specialist knowledge and high-level communication from design to completion. The installation manager, Justin, was exceptionally polite, responsive to our queries, and clearly experienced in bathroom adaptations. The installer, Phil is one in a million; nothing was too much trouble. Phil respected our home, was punctual, clean, tidy, and highly skilled, ensuring timely completion even after a brief delay with the flooring. The resulting walk-in shower, anti-slip flooring, grab rails, and body dryer will make bathing for Richard easier and safer. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire EA Mobility team.

From the moment that Jon Hayday, Installation Manager, came to see us we were involved in every aspect of the work - questions answered, advice given, knowledge and expertise shared. We had our bathroom replaced with a wetroom, also a separate cloakroom and outdoor loo replaced. The work took 3 weeks and covered every aspect, we literally handed over every single thing to the team and trusted them to do the job. Jon visited regularly to check on progress and we also received calls from Paul to ensure we were happy with the ongoing work. The work done by everyone was excellent but we'd like to make special mention of Craig (senior) and Kiran, who were exceptional. Many thanks also to Jon, the two Steves, Craig (junior), and the admin staff - Cheryl, Robert, Paul, and Pete, the mobility specialist. My husband has dementia and every single person at EA Mobility treated him with kindness and respect, and for that alone I thank them. My very best wishes to everyone who helped us,

My husband has recently been diagnosed with motor neurone disease and we were advised to plan for the future, plan for the worst and hope for the best. Our lovely bathroom needed to go and a wet room take its place, not something I wanted and to me, too institutional, at a time when both of us were feeling rocked to the core by such a devastating diagnosis. From Kevin Carvell's first contact to see what workarounds could be managed, through to Auris and his team's installation, things went smoothly, extremely competently, with kindness and patience all the way with our endless questions. There were a few issues with the installation of the Closomat toilet, which were dealt with quickly and competently, with Closomat ringing me within hours to sort out any issues (another good company who don't 'make a drama out of a crisis') so no dragging heels to get things sorted. We also had 2 doors altered, one a pocket door and the other sliding, to accommodate any wheelchair that my husband might need in the future. Auris' attention to detail is second to none, Jon Hayday the project manager was on hand when needed and we haven't any complaints about any of the project; if only they all went so smoothly.
