From start to finish this company was exceptional. Salesman was very helpful. Not pushy at all. From when we accepted their quote to work starting was quick. The installer, Auris, was a very hard worker. Explained everything he was doing. He was friendly and helpful. All in all the whole job was done perfectly. All equipment installed was done to a high standard.

We had a cramped shower room transformed into a spacious wet room. From the initial planning meeting through to completion, everyone we have dealt with has been courteous, genuine, and determined to help us achieve a result that would suit OUR needs. Although we paid more than we had originally anticipated, when we saw the amount of time spent hiding pipework, electrics and all the other stuff that is usually on display in walls or under the floor, we were able to appreciate where the money had gone. Our fitter Phil was a real perfectionist and resisted every opportunity where he might have been able to cut corners for the sake of an easy life. I know other people who have spent only a bit less but have ended up with a much less polished result. We’ve ended up with a totally accessible bathroom that still feels stylish and is a real pleasure to use. I should also mention that everyone who has worked on this project has been fantastic at interacting with people with significant memory problems, which I have really appreciated. A really great job.

EA Mobility have just helped us future proof our house by creating a new downstairs WC and walk in shower in lieu of a bath. Wayne, the main contractor, was highly professional, flexible, trustworthy and likeable. All work was completed to an exceptional high standard with the minimum of disruption to our daily lives. Our 40-year-old bathroom required a makeover with a new walk-in shower and full bathroom suite. In a house 135 years old no easy task as no corners are square or walls flat. The job took two weeks and the result is superb. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was exceptionally high. We are immensely satisfied with the result. The tradesman who carried out the work, Gary, could not have worked any harder for us. Here every morning by 8-30 and with us until 5 every evening. He carried out all the tasks to a tremendous standard and was a pleasure to have in the house. We will always be grateful to him for his efforts. The company were very good to deal with and we would have no hesitation recomending them to others. Thank you.

Today, the 3rd May the installation of our walk in shower was completed by Wayne. Wayne arrived promptly on the 1st May. He was friendly, polite and considerate. He worked non stop for 3 days taking only half an hour for his lunch the first two days but didn’t stop today. We managed to give him a drink just before he left this evening. His work ethic is excellent. Everything was cleaned down and tidied away before he left each evening. The whole bathroom was spotless when he left today. He chose well for the little extras we had to have such as a finishing strip along the floor and was so very helpful in his suggestions for positioning the grab rails and seat. Everything has been done to perfection. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you

Everyone we came in contact with from our initial enquiry to completion kept us informed and any problem he came across never fazed the installer who kept us advised and came up with a solution. I needed a more accessible shower and advice as to whether our small en-suite could be converted to a wet room, as my local council had said that the walls weren't sturdy enough for grab rails. I received excellent advice and service from EA Mobility, starting with my request for a catalogue and my follow-up phone call. Kevin then came and viewed my shower room - no hard sell but a comprehensive explanation of how they could future-proof my wet room and make sure it met all my needs. And how they would reinforce the walls and fit grab rails! Stewart came a few days later to confirm the details of the contract and answer any questions. The following week Dan started work and he was the main fitter, doing everything except the floor. This was definitely a bonus as I didn't have to worry about the sequencing of jobs etc. Dan was a pleasure to have in the house, completely professional, helpful, friendly and completed the work to a beautiful standard. And I had contact throughout the process from Paul in the office, to confirm everything was running to schedule and going well. Dan spotted that the wrong radiator had been delivered, but got a replacement within the hour. I cannot fault the customer service from all at EA Mobility, and the standard of work is fantastic. Completed on schedule and within budget as well. I now feel safe when showering and it has made such a difference to my feeling of independence. Wow, EA Mobility transformed a very tiny and dated toilet and separate bathroom into a beautiful combined bathroom. Professional from start to finish. Justin was my “project manager” and Dan my “fitter” and both were superb. Courteous, polite and perfectionists. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Because the project was quite big, I had to vacate my property for a while but Justin was in touch with me with frequent updates etc. I had a walk-in-in, whirlpool bath + overhead shower, a raised toilet, plenty of appropriately placed grab-rails, towel rail and sink etc. Beautiful non-slip flooring and they even got cleaners in afterwards to make sure I didn’t come home to any mess. I can’t thank them enough, they’ve improved the quality of my life for which I’m very grateful.

Our existing shower was unsuitable for my wife and we needed a low level walk in shower. Our situation was promptly appreciated by the sales team (incidentally, no high pressure sales techniques or rubbishing competitors’ products) and project manager, and especially by Richard, who fitted the shower. As the work went on he confirmed that things like the grab rails and seat were appropriately positioned for my wife, kept me informed if anything expected occurred (like a floor rafter being being in exactly the wrong place) and how he proposed to resolve it, and worked quickly and efficiently. Richard arrived punctually each morning (throughout all appointments were kept at the time agreed) and at the end of each day explained what had been completed so far and what he would be doing the following day. Happy to give this endorsement of his work. PS: If Richard fits your shower, he likes strong coffee with two sugars!

This company was chosen by pure chance, they appeared to know their business ethos which was especially necessary as we had no idea what we needed other than a wet room. From the initial contact to the final goodbye, they advised, explained and consulted, everything revolved around my needs. We were kept informed at all times and a start date was agreed upon, Auris, our technician was very professional and extremely focused on the project, he kept all disruption to a minimum and left our home clean and tidy every evening, he was someone you were happy to have working in your home. Our wet room was completed on time and within the agreed budget, it looks very smart and top quality and we would be more than happy to recommend them. They know what they are doing and have a full understanding of the needs of someone who is disabled, they don’t push unnecessary gadgets or outlandish ideas, they are a company you would be happy to work with.

I have recently had a refit of my son’s wet room. I got other quotes but, from the outset EA Mobility stood out as the most professional and experienced; and the company who would give the best end result. We have not been disappointed - the room looks fantastic! Chris, who undertook the work was kind and professional throughout. He went to great extremes to ensure Samuel’s personal care needs were met around the work and help him maintain all of his dignity. I could not fault him. We have just moved house and the first thing we needed done was a new wet room within what was a dining room previously and was to become a ground floor bedroom, including sealing up the old access which could not be used by a wheelchair and opening up a new access point which involved a load bearing wall. The initial survey did not reveal quite how difficult this process would prove to be. To give EA their credit, the team stuck to their review pricing and we agreed to go ahead. All persons involved, from contact with the HQ staff to the project manager and the several skilled tradesmen involved on site were dedicated and knowledgeable but we have to give particular praise to Paul Barratt, who performed the great majority of the work; work that would have disheartened a lesser man, but not Paul. He is a multi-skilled expert and produced inspired answers to some thorny problems. The end result, although it took considerably longer than originally thought, was a magnificent testament to Paul's ability and EAs workforce.

I had a wet room installed by a local builder around three years ago and it has been problematic since the day it was fit, water not draining, puddles of water in corner shower tray amongst other things, despite this builder returning many times to rectify the issues it was still unacceptable. Eventually, EA Solutions attended my address and refit me a new wet room, The result was AMAZINGLY very pleasant, what a superb job they did, went the extra mile as well, there's not enough words available to say how happy I am with their work, it was astounding and left me with a bath/wet room to be proud of. I highly recommend that anyone thinking of having a disability wet room installed to try this company, you will not be disappointed.

Replaced and updated our en-suite shower. The installation date was brought forward by a week which was very helpful as existing shower was faulty. Our installer was Chris who worked tirelessly to get the job done in good time. He was neat and considerate, leaving everything tidy at the end of each day. We were impressed by the quality of his work and attention to detail. He ensured our floor coverings were protected and swept up each day so we were not left sleeping in a building site. At the end of the work all waste was removed and the area vacuumed ready for us to use once the sealant had dried. It was a pleasure to have someone working in the house who was friendly and obliging. We are very satisfied with the finished result.
