Eastern Adaptations converted our bathroom into a bespoke wetroom very efficiently. and with exemplary craftsmanship. Dave Smith (the fitter) was an extremely hard worker who took great pride in his work and ensured that there was a minimum of disturbance to our daily routine. We were most impressed with both the the quality of the work and the care that the company took to ensure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the project. We are very happy to comment Eastern Adaptations to other potential customers.

Contacted EA mobility to refit our bathroom. We saw a surveyor that same day and our fitter Richard arrived after about five weeks to complete the job. The bathroom needed a complete refit to adapt it to my changing situation and mobility issues. Richard was excellent, very professional friendly and well mannered. It took a week to completely transform the bathroom into a mini wet room. Shower screens fitted to all walls new walk in shower, raised toilet and new wash basin. We were consulted throughout the process by Richard especially towards the end when it came to the positioning of grab rails etc. I am so glad that we used this company to complete the work would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased. Steve has done an excellent job despite difficulties with the water supply and WILD weather. He has been extremely hardworking and very easy to deal with. My new bathroom looks very smart and will make my life much easier and more pleasant.

Steve has spent the last 8 days installing my wet room. Over all the years and workmen that I have used, I believe him to be the nicest, politest and most talented I have come across. The level of finish is outstanding as is his attention to detail and cleanliness, from start to finish nothing has been a hassle and it was a pleasure having him working in my house. He is a credit to your company.

From the first phone call to the finished wet room, everyone was very professional and polite, keeping us up to date with any developments, giving us confidence in the products and services. Dave the fitter has made a fantastic job of fitting the wet room.

EA mobility converted my unsuitable en suite into a fabulous wet room. They took care of everything from planning to completion. Wayne who did all the work is an absolute diamond and a credit to EA Mobility. The job wasn't easy partly because of a difficult staircase to shift things but Wayne coped with everything. He worked so hard doing all the prep work then fitting everything, cleaning up at the end of every day before he left. He even vacuumed the hallway for me on the final day! The end result of his efforts is incredible and I'm delighted with my new wet room.

We needed a wet room as we have varying mobility problems. I found EA Mobility via a newspaper advert, and after contacting them, Andy, the designer visited. He was very knowledgeable, and very thorough in discussing our needs, and incorporating the advice from our occupational therapist. He planned the room and sent us a CAD layout and the order was placed. Steve, the surveyor visited the following week to check things over and advised on some small changes that were necessary to the original plan. He also visited during installation to make sure we were happy with everything. Dan, the fitter arrived promptly on the day work started, and over the next two days removed everything from our old bathroom, during which time Martin, the electrician arrived to do his part. The materials arrived the following day, and installation began. My apologies, but I didn’t get the name of the fitter who installed the floor, but he did an excellent job and advised on care and maintenance. Work was completed to schedule, and Dan was mindful of the smallest detail, checking regularly to make sure everything suited us. He also left everywhere clean and tidy each night. We now have our new wet room, which is beautiful and functional, and has made life so much easier. We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for excellent and truly empathetic service and a beautiful end result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EA mobility. We chose well. I needed a new walk-in shower and a new toilet. I chose this company because they employ their own fitters and I had been let down before by companies who quote and then hand over to sub-contractors who don’t turn up. It turned out to be a good choice. An initial visit from a representative established my requirements. I was shown a brochure and samples of, e.g. flooring material. This was followed up by a surveyor’s visit to take measurements. A pleasant person arrived on the scheduled date to carry out the work. All the materials were delivered on the same morning. He worked every day without interruption, and the work was completed in five days. There was very little disruption as the old suite was removed and the new pipework was completed. Noise and dust were kept to a minimum. The fitter kept me fully informed about his progress and e.g. the need to turn the water on and off. The work was finished to a high standard. He even cleaned the area where he had been working before he left. All the waste materials were collected for disposal afterwards. The payment was staged, so that I paid a deposit, a stage payment when the work started, and a final payment after completion. I was very satisfied with this work, and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I had an easy-access bath fitted recently. I had 2 face to face visits from staff beforehand, and received excellent, thoughtful advice without being in any way pressurised into making a decision. The team who fitted the bath were punctual, polite and professional, and the chief fitter, Auris, worked incredibly hard and was determined to produce an excellent result for me. I also received several calls from the office while the work was being carried out , to make sure I was happy with progress, and then the finished result. Thank you to everyone for an excellent job.

We asked eamobility to carry out a refit of our bathroom who sent Ryan to us as our project fitter. Ryan showed a high level of professional skills in his plumbing work, decorative wall cladding fitting and floor cladding installations. Ryan's work has transformed our bathroom completely to our great satisfaction. A most pleasant and caring person Ryan always wanted to achieve the best result possible for us. eamobility has been a very good choice and we would recommend this company to another customer. NB Did not reply to your messages as have had trouble with my phones and laptop and only got your messages today.

Chris from EA Mobility did a fantastic job doing our bathroom refurbishment. Had to knock two rooms into one, install wall panelling, pipework, and new bathroom furniture. Communication was excellent, asked for our input whenever appropriate, arrived at the agreed time every day and put a full shift in every time. Had a small issue when the flooring was fitted by a colleague but Chris put in the extra effort to make it good and leave us with a fantastic looking bathroom that has made our lives so much easier. Given that he was working at full tilt for the ten days he was given I feel like the office could have given him an extra day on site. Nonetheless, all things considered, I am impressed with EA Mobility, especially by how they were able to ensure everything was scheduled and done on time. 5 stars, would happily have them working at our house again.

Work involved installation of wet room (shower and wash basin) in a downstairs bedroom. Communication was good throughout, all materials arrived on time and work was undertaken as agreed. Gary respected our privacy and carried out the work to a high standard, we are delighted with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Very satisfied with conversion of bathroom to a wet room. Excellent service from initial consultation, survey right through to installation and follow up to ensure I was happy with the work. Ryan Dangerfield, the fitter, was very professional, helpful and ensured the process caused as little stress as possible. The finished job has exceeded my expectations and has been well worth it.

We had our bathroom made fully disabled friendly. We were treated well from beginning to end. We have to praise the fitter Ryan especially. He worked very hard and expertly. He was friendly with it. We would definitely recommend E A Mobility.

My fitter was Stuart. He did an excellent job. He had to take out the old bath, which was done as cleanly as possible. Everything was covered so there was very little to take away. The fitting of the new walk-in was done very expertly in a, not too bigger, bathroom (now a shower room}. I would give my verdict on the work done as very professional at a reasonable price. So thank you for an excellent job well done.

We selected EA Mobility to re-fit 2 bathrooms within our home. They converted our ensuite to an accessible wetroom with shower bench and refitted the main bathroom to include an accessible bath, plus refitted our cloackroom too. I could not fault the work that took place and am so pleased with the finished work. The team helped ensure that we had practical and fully accessible spaces within our home, but supported us with achieving our vision of ensuring the rooms still felt stylish and not 'medical/hospital-like'. Rich was our main contact on site and he was absolutely incredible - his technical skills were excellent, and he was also fantastic at communicating with us throughout the project so we knew exactly what was happening and when. I felt completely comfortable having him in our home for the couple of months whilst the work was being undertaken - he became part of our family for the time he was on site! His attention to detail was superb and he took great care with everything that he did. A big thank you also to Phil who worked with Rich for the first half of the project - his tiling skills were exceptional and I am really pleased that we were able to fully tile the ensuite and have the tiled feature wall too - thank you so much! I would not hesitate to recommend EA Mobility, and if Rich is your primary contact then you are guaranteed to have a positive experience as he really does care about what he's doing. We just had our bathroom completely refitted by EA Mobility. We couldn't have been happier with the service offered. Our fitter, Kiran, was excellent. The standard of his work is 5 star and he was always punctual, friendly and hard working. The customer service from the company was also excellent. We love our new bathroom!
