The fitting team were very considerate of my aunt's needs (90 years young) and consequently the installation and removal of the former storage radiators was done without undue disruption. The team were very polite and considerate.

We had old storage and electrical heaters removed and replaced with Elkatherm electric radiators. We also had our boiler removed and replaced with a new Sunamp hot water heater. The company thoroughly surveyed our apartment and gave excellent advice on the products which would meet our needs. The old heaters were removed neatly and carefully. The company kept us up to date on progress on our order. The new system was also installed neatly and carefully. The engineers clearly explained how it all worked. The new system is much more controllable and we are very pleased with its appearance. We are very happy that we had this work done.

We had a Sunamp water heating system and five radiators fitted. The work was completed to a very high standard. The initial survey was conducted very thoroughly and all my questions were answered. When the engineers arrived they were extremely professional with their work, very polite and knowledgeable and they explained how to use the systems after installation. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody wanting to update their heating and hot water systems.

The work involved a pre-work survey, supply and fit boiler, cap gas supply and make good exterior brickwork. They carried out the survey and advised on the correctly sized appliance - did not try to "sell" us a larger one that we wouldn't have needed. They rang us on the day to keep us informed of when they would arrive, attended on time, fitted the boiler and made good the brickwork and wall where the old balanced flue had been. Really neat job which was above and beyond because, after all, they aren't bricklayers. They took great care of our carpets, fitted the boiler, cleaned up afterwards and took time to explain everything during and after the job. They attended afterwards to fit a water softener. He had to install a socket and, because of the layout of the house, had to take the wiring right back to the meter, nightmare! But he didn't complain, said it was "all part of the job" and cheerfully completed this mammoth task, again taking care of our carpets and cleaning up afterwards. As always, in the run-up to the work, they were available to answer a myriad of questions that we had. When we had our heaters fitted we knew we would return to North West Heating Solutions for our boiler and it was the correct decision. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we contacted the company to installation we have been dealt with courteously and professionally. We placed our order in August and we’re made fully aware of both the products benefits and also the timescale before fitting. For us, this wasn’t an issue although grateful by the time December came as the hallway was getting rather cold by then. It’s done exactly what we wanted it to do and the twenty five year guarantee is a benefit we don’t expect to need but reflects on the product. Any company offering such a Guarantee today fully backed and transferable (subject to written agreement) offers peace of mind. The fitters were prompt and worked to agreed specifications and tidied up afterwards. We are looking to potentially fit another Elkatherm heater in the near future after additional works we are having carried out are completed.

I had my Sunamp installed yesterday. This is the second time that I have used North West Heating Solutions as I had electric thermostat controlled radiators installed in 2019. The process from start to finish was very clear with no pressure and no selling tactics. Gary came to do the survey and he was very polite and professional. On the day of the Sunamp, the guys, Mike, Nathan and Luke were here at the time I was informed that they should arrive. I got an excellent and fabulous service from all three guys. They went above and beyond. The guys were very friendly, highly efficient and professional. Mike showed me how the Sunamp works and what to do if I get a leak. They were all very clean and tidy. Very pleased with our sunamp water heating , installed when and how specified . Ian and George were pleasant and explained the process of the installation worked hard and left site very tidy. There was a slight problem with controller which Ian and Steve rectified speedily and efficiently .

From the first phone call, everything was done very professionally. An appointment was made to do a survey. Ian who came to do the survey was on time and explained what was required for what I needed. The water heater he recommended is ideal for what I needed. After that, he arranged for the work to be done as soon as it could be to suit me. Mike came to do the work and he arrived on the arranged day and time. He was also very professional as the rest of the people I had dealt with from this company. When the work was completed he left everything clean and tidy. From initial survey to fitting of Sunamp unit the service was first class. The installation team, comprising Mike, Steve and Lewis, showed great care in avoiding any damage to our home. The access in our small cottage wasn’t ideal or easy to deal with but they did a very neat and tidy job. Very impressive and we would recommend this company and the service they provide without hesitation.

From the initial visit to cost and scope the work through to completion, everything was seamless. I had the Sunamp and new radiators installed, on two separate visits. The installation staff on both occasions went above and beyond, they left my apartment spotless and even treated me to some singing along with the radio! I have to also commend the admin staff at the end of the phone, professional, friendly and efficient, in all a thoroughly positive experience. When you are spending a considerable amount of money replacing heating systems in your home there is always hesitation and worry that you have done the right thing, got the right product etc., let me say that with this company none of the above applied. The whole process from an initial visit by Garry to survey and discuss our requirements through to installation by George and Ian was exceptionally professional. We needed a storage radiator for a hobby room. The whole service from the initial site visit through to installation was excellent in terms of communication (friendly, timely and informative) and every step in the process happened on or before the agreed dates. In addition the product is of a high quality. Very happy customer.

We needed to replace old storage heaters with radiators that would be more economical to run. The service we received was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained during our initial home visit and any questions were answered in a professional and friendly way. Removal of the old radiators and installation of the new ones was all done in one day and the two installers did a great job explaining how the settings worked on the radiators and leaving the house spotless. We also received comprehensive written instructions to refer to. Really pleased with the radiators and the degree of control that you have for each one. All the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

A first-class service in all aspects from reception through sales/engineering, installation and aftercare. Six Elka units totalling 8kW were installed to replace five outdated and inefficient economy 7 night storage heaters totalling 9kW. All work is completed in 7 hours with minimal or no disruption to domestic situations. Each room attains a 4 to 5 degree C improved temperature from the previous system on a totally flexible level and consistently reaches 22 degrees with no cold spots, floor to ceiling, wall to wall. The house has a high level of insulation fitted to all external and adjoining property walls with maximum insulation to loft and roof structures. Therefore combining the Elka units with this structure resulted in a consistent reduction of electricity consumption of 24 to 26% compared to the Economy 7 system with the same insulation. Since installation, there has been no need to resort to auxiliary heating whatsoever.

I had a meeting in December where Garry went through the savings, process and options in detail. Having selected custom colours I was given an estimated time, of 12 weeks, for installation which was within a couple of days of the actual date. The 2 fitters and the electrician that arrived where friendly, professional and efficient. The removal of my old storage heaters and installation of my 6 new radiators took around 5 hours and had no impact on me while I was home. All packaging and rubbish was removed and any plaster dust was hoovered away. All the radiators were quickly put on my wi-fi and the lead fitter took me though how to operate the phone app that gives me control. I would recommend the company to anyone thinking of replacing existing radiators or storage heaters. The product is efficient, elegant and easy to control.

We have had our entire gas central heating and boiler replaced by Sunamp and ELKATHERM radiators- a total pf 11 radiators and a boiler It took less than 5 days. Everyone involved in the project was professional, reliable, friendly, flexible and our home was left neat and tidy. If we had a third home we would ask Heat Electric to do it again.

Heat Electric replaced our emersion tank with the new innovative and much smaller SunAmp hot water system, and also replaced an old radiator. We cannot fault the courtesy, efficiency and professionalism of the Heat Electric team at all stages of the process from the initial discussion to the final installation. This was all achieved in a timely manner and to budget. There was some confusion over the ideal positioning of the SunAmp to maximise the space efficiency of a tight under stairs storage room, and Heat Electric had no problem in coming back to move the SunAmp which took several hours and replacement pipe work to deliver what we had hoped for.

With the spiralling costs of electric heating, guests at our 2 small Airbnbs (Victorian conversion) with their inefficient wall mounted panel heaters were using an extraordinary amount of energy yet the rooms still had inconsistent temperatures. We decided to swap to modern, efficient and stylish ELKATHERM, the S range as ours are standard height. Heat Electric came recommended to us by a friend. With 25yrs in the property/interiors market, we deal with all types of traders & installers, and this was hands down one of the best experiences ever. The initial contact & advice was professional and speedy, with good comms and immediate action. The installation day was a delight. Friendly and knowledgable duo Ethan and Liam arrived on time with smiles, and couldn't do enough to make the day run smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, including swapping a single surface mounted socket to a double just to make the usability of the socket better for us - no extra charge. They brought a Henry Hoover with them and fully cleaned everywhere up, and cut up and took away all the packaging, it was as though they'd never been. For me as a professional project manager, it was the care they took, their obvious pride in their work and little things like the patience with which they explained the App and remote system of control. It's increasingly rare to be so impressed by installers and these two were a credit to their employers. 10/10

We had replacement and new extra Elkatherm electric radiators together with a new consumer unit as part of the installation and a Sunamp water heater, both systems with associated apps. The order was placed at the end of August 2023 and the job was completed by mid October well within the suggested time-frame. The initial survey was informative and friendly and subsequent queries answered quickly. All the staff from the beginning of the project were polite and helpful and the installation was carried out quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Any problems, inevitable in an old house, were solved with great creativity especially the installation of the consumer unit which illustrated how experienced the staff were. This gives us great confidence in case of any issues in the future. The whole project was completed within estimate and we are very pleased with the result.

This was the second time we have used Heat Electric NW. On both occasions, installing electric radiators, replacing gas fuelled water radiators, the plumbers and electricians have worked flawlessly, leaving everything as tidy as they found it, and always with a friendly, patient and helpful manner. The radiators look nice and work beautifully. More expensive to run they are more than worth it as they are far more effective and responsive than our old gas central heating. From initial enquiry to completion of the work I cannot recommend this firm more highly.

Having decided to heat my home with electric radiators , I researched and received quotes from five companies. Mike from Heat Electric visited my home and listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve. I worked with the Managing Director to agree a quote which was competitive . After a detailed survey from the Installation Manager , a fitting date was arranged. Steve and Liam arrived as promised and worked hard to complete the installation. They explained how to manage the radiators though my phone , with care and patience. I am so pleased with the manner in which this company operates, that I have now ordered solar panels, storage batteries and a Sunamp hot water system , which will enable me to close down my gas boiler for good. I can recommend Heat Electric to anyone who is thinking of reducing his/her carbon footprint and running a green home.

Heat Electric installed a new heating system together with solar panels and associated equipment (batteries etc). The work was carried out professionally and with a very friendly crew of technicians who were highly informative and helpful about how to use the system. I have limited experience of their after service but that I have had, was very very promptly dealt with. The work was completed on time at the agreed price i.e. no hidden extras. I cannot praise this company high enough for their work, professionalism and their expertise.

Professional, courteous, friendly, from survey and quote, to installation of our new battery storage water heater to replace our defunct 22 year-old boiler. Drained, dismantled, and carted away the old boiler without the need for any structural work. The technicians explained everything. The new system is giving us plenty of hot water, and is a lot quieter in operation. It’s too soon to tell if it’s cheaper to run. Would thoroughly recommend.
