From start to finish, my experience with AB Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations. I made contact, and was treated respectfully and listened to. I was booked in at a time that suited me. The engineer turned up at the promised time, was polite and confidence-inspiring. He then actually fixed my boiler, something three plumber visits from 2 different plumbers had failed to achieve previously. I will never use another company, they were exceptional. Thank you guys!

Adam & Dylan arrived on the agreed time to install our air conditioning, both were always polite, their work was neat & tidy. They went above & beyond, nothing was a problem. I first used the company in 2021 when l had a new boiler installed and l have subsequently taken out their service plan. Adam and his staff are always very clean and reliable workers and l was very impressed by the standard of workmanship carried out at a very competitive price. I have yesterday had an air conditioning unit fitted and again am once again delighted with the quality of the work and the level of professionalism displayed by the team. Excellent product and service and l have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent service from start to finish , Jordan in the office could not have been more helpful , he was extremely polite and organised a replacement for my faulty waste disposal within days. The plumber who came to replace it for me arrived on time , was also really polite and respectful to my home leaving everything really tidy. The new waste disposal is now working perfectly . I had a faulty insinkerator that needed replacing. I was recommended to use AB Plumbing & Heating by the manufacturer and I was not disappointed. The customer service was excellent, Jordan was very polite, professional and thorough. He responded to all of my emails I’m good time. I was able to have an appointment arranged within a reasonable timeframe. The engineer arrived on time and was very helpful, tidy and skilled. The unit was difficult to approach and needed panelling removed and did an excellent job in installing it in such an awkward location. He put everything back as he had found it. I’m very pleased with the Insinkerator Model 66 and very happy with the service I received. Would happily recommend.

Dealing with AB Pluming & Heating was great from start to finish. Competitive quote and great advice with the initial appointment. The A/C unit fitted in our garden office yesterday looks great and only used it for few hours since fitted but wonderful! The unit will replace all of desk fans and plug-in heaters! The unit inside the office is neat and the mechanics outside look like they have been fitted professionally and very tidy - impressed! Adam was great to deal with and Jordan kept me uptodate with appointments and times etc. All rubbish taken away and now were excited to use the machine. Wished we had done it ages ago! Our gas supply was capped in two places around the house to the agreed schedule and budget. The gas engineer arrived on time, was very helpful, very thorough, polite, and completed the task quietly and competently. 10 out of 10!

I found the whole team very professional and friendly throughout installation of the new boiler. Adam was very thorough with the quotation/initial assessment, explaining the different boiler options available to me. It was clear from the start that Adam was very knowledgable about the engineering side which built a lot of trust that the installation would be carried out to all the relevant standards. The work was then booked in quickly and completed quicker than planned. The team at AB plumbing and heating are very friendly and happy to answer any queries I had. Would definitely recommend them.

I contacted AB Plumbing Services to replace an old boiler and install a new combi boiler in my home. The team arrived promptly first thing in the morning, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless—there wasn’t a trace of mess left behind. They removed the old boiler and installed the new one seamlessly, and it has been running perfectly ever since. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that I asked them to return for the first service, even though I’m based in London and they’re not local. I simply didn’t trust anyone else to do the job. Once again, the service was completed without a hitch. I genuinely wish all tradespeople were as reliable, tidy, and skilled as AB Plumbing. I found this company via Which in the first place! I am so happy we did. This is actually the second job they've done for us. Initially they replaced a stopcock which was done quickly and efficiently. The main job we've had done is the installation of a new boiler after the death of our ancient gas heater. We had several quotes and people round to inspect and none did as thorough a job as AB Plumbing. They checked on the pipework, they went into the loft and asked a number of sensible questions. Their processes are tight and liaison with the office staff (particularly Jordan) was great. The quote was fully itemised and we went with the advice they gave us which future proofs us a bit. It was in no way forced upon us, a full range of options was given and I genuinely felt that the decision was ours. On the day of the boiler fitting, the staff arrived promptly and worked hard all day. They were respectful of people and property! Whilst I'm sure they felt it, there was no muttering about having to go up two sets of stairs either! Our house needs a lot of work, which this step is part of, and we were not in any way made to feel uncomfortable. I was particularly surprised and pleased when they cleaned up any mess made by drilling etc. There is a clear audit trail in all communications - people do what they say they're going to and show up when they say they will. I unreservedly recommend this company and will be using them for other renovation work in the future!

AB Plumbing have just fitted a new boiler and five new radiators. From first contact to completing of the job everything was managed exceedingly well. Communication was good, Adam (I think) arrived on time to do the inspection for the quote and was helpful and not at all pushy. The quote arrived on time and the job planned. The only minor hiccough was that the planned two day job was extended to a three day job because of staffing issues but this was communicated early and the option to reschedule given. Shane who did the work was great - professional, courteous and a very high standard of work. No mess and carpet protector put down from the front door to everywhere where there was going to be work done including the stairs. Pricewise they were very reasonable. The quote included the boiler and radiator manufacturer and sizes so I could have a look on the web to see if they were comparable which they were. Labour costs were also very reasonable. It is really nice to deal with a company that do everything right. If only every other company were the same! I have also left this review on TrustPilot.

I would thoroughly recommend A B Plumbing. They were easy to deal with, very polite and simply delivered a wonderful service. I now have a new and efficient boiler and the whole process was simple. From my initial enquiry to fitting the boiler was just 5 weeks and the engineer was very polite, worked cleanly and explained everything to me. Excellent company to deal with.

I had the responsibility of clearing out a property which included the disconnection of a gas cooker. Although in the scheme of things this was a small job I wanted it doing properly and looked online for a local company who had good reviews. I thought the job might be too small for them but they couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment I spoke with Samantha the whole process was dealt with very professionally. I needed to send a photo online showing the position of the cooker to ensure there would be no problems in moving it (this immediately indicated to me that this was a very 'professional outfit') and in order to obtain an estimate which came very quickly. The estimate seemed fine and a date was fixed. The fitter was great and he even helped me move the cooker outside. I paid online soon after and received a very nice note acknowledging this. I was very pleased with the whole process and the staff, in particular, were really friendly and extremely helpful. I would obviously recommend.

I have used this company now 4 times and last year moved my gas boiler annual service to this company. From the beginning of every job to the end of each job everything was faultless. All staff helpful and polite and the most important aspect is: they know Heating & Plumbing. With all that, the cost of the work completed is more than competitive. One final comment is that the workers are very neat and tidy and leave the area spotless. Many thanks for all concerned.

The whole process was easy, efficient and well oiled. From the first telephone call, I was kept up to date with the progress of the appointment. The quote was fair and transparent and a day before the plumber was due, I got a text message reminder. The job was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner and there was a follow-up call the next day to check if I was happy with the work carried out. I had grown tired of my boiler care with a national organisation and perused Which ( I subscribe to Which) for a trusted trader. I eventually 'settled' on AB Plumbing and Heating. To say that this was a magical moment is an understatement. From the moment I contacted the firm, I have received nothing but absolute professionalism in the paperwork and the actual work itself. I was amazed at the care and attention accorded to the boiler service. Full social distancing was kept at all times and the operative (Craig) not only informed me that the gas pressure was low, but he rang the Gas Board for them to inspect the cause of the problem. I have since booked a full power flush of the Central Heating system in the New Year (2021) and registered with AB Plumbing and Heating as a contract customer.

Careful diagnosis of boiler faults by Mr Bailey, including discussion with the maker of the boiler. Clear advice on options for replacing and recommendation for 10-year guarantee replacement. No the pressure to act immediately. After thought, and discussion with my husband, I agreed on a date for replacement. It was done on the day agreed, Mr Bailey and his staff were on-site by 8 am and carefully covered carpets on the staircase, halls and the bedroom where the boiler was housed. The men were quiet and efficient, testing everything they had done and clearing every scrap of waste. Mr Bailey was kind and offered to load our iPads with the new remote controls we had bought, setting the temperatures we like and programming the system to maintain a minimum level for comfort at all times; he told us how to find guidance and advice but assured us of his support. We have been delighted with the result and been more comfortable for the past week than for a very long time. Verdict. A great team, not forgetting the delightful office staff.

Quotation was acceptable, start date and time was agreed and achieved to by AB heating and plumbers, the work was carried out in an organised, professional careful manner with care being taken over our existing carpets and decorations. Workers were polite and curtious and we did not hear any bad language or cursing. We would have no hesitation in recommending AB Plumbers to any of our family or friends.

After discovering this jewel of a company I decided that they could be of further assistance in servicing my home central heating system on a annual basis, the price was right, the timing and respectful manner on all footings is 100% and the workmanship is of the highest standard, and they leave your home clean and tidy. Heated towel rail and tap fitted and charged in line with estimate. The work was carried out well and staff were friendly, met my needs in every way.

We asked for a quote from AB Plumbing & Heating, having found them on the Worcester Bosch list of accredited installers. We had a visit from Adam, who was obviously professional from the outset, in a friendly, helpful way. He gave his time and knowledge generously and we felt immediately that we would invite him to do the work, if the quote was within our budget. The quote was in the same range as another we had received, so we booked the work. On the arranged day and time, Adam and his colleague Craig arrived and proceeded with the work. They were professional and friendly throughout and disrupted us as little as possible, clearing up as they went. They did a great job , which went smoothly (certainly so far as we were aware!). Returning the following day to complete the job fully, Adam then explained to us how to use the programmer and again answered all questions we asked him, patiently and clearly. We were left feeling confident that, should we have any concerns or issues, we could contact Adam, who would help us if he could, or advise us who to turn to i.e, the manufacturer. The final invoice was as the original quote, all present fully and clearly. We have already planned to book AB Plumbing & Heating for further work here.
