Unlike almost all other heating installers we employ all our engineers in-house as PAYE staff. This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your job and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care.

Contacted AC Wilgar plumbing: heating on Monday, have quotation after inspection. Accepted quotation came punctually on Tuesday removed old and installed new boiler on same day, Credit have to be given to Andy Cox and Jack who did the job smoothly and efficiently, They are friendly and helpful, will highly recommend the company and the two workmen.

Wonderful service
Wanted to share my positive experience with AC Wilgar.. This is the third time I’ve used the company - this time for my boiler.. which suddenly stopped working. Made the call to the office and Paul came to the house and had it fixed within half an hour… Paul explained in layman’s terms what had gone wrong (I hadn’t had it serviced in a few years) and residue had built up. As a recently single mum with teenagers who need heating and hot water I was at my wits end in the morning wondering what to do. AC Willar’s speedy and friendly response was second to none and I would highly recommend.

Willard Plumbing dud a very good job. They were responsive and the technicians that came around to fit the new boiler were professional, helpful and friendly. Mr. Willard himself came around during the day to check everything was OK.

Had an issue with my boiler, called A C Wilgar as they are local, they diagnosed problem within a short time of arrival, quoted me the price for repair which was very reasonable and so asked them to proceed with repair. Repair done same day, no fuss and very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Would definately highly recommend.

Our boiler broke on Monday. Wilgar came to inspect on Tuesday and unfortunately, the boiler needed replacing. They returned on Wednesday to quote for a new one, even bringing us fan heaters as the temperatures were very cold. They then got the boiler installed on Friday, did a very professional job. Would recommend them.

I have my boiler serviced annually but this is the first time I have written a review. Wilgar have a very efficient booking system that means I don't have to stay in all day waiting for the service engineer. Text message updates provide accurate estimates of when the engineer will arrive. These are sent with a profile and photo of the engineer, thus providing added security for me. Wilgar's engineers are always personable, tidy and provide clear advice if there is anything exceptional that requires fixing. I can thoroughly recommend them.
