Arron came out on the same day we called him as an emergency, a leak in our roof and causing further internal damage. Arron took the time to inspect the damage, take photos and show them to me with annotations and careful explanations of the issue, possible causes and how to fix them. Repair booked in very promptly, no waiting about and even a follow up visit when we panicked about something. Absolutely no complaints, they were polite, quick to respond, quick to work and very happy with the job.

Aaron carried out an excellent job and was extremely considerate when working for us. The cost was very good and the quality of the work was first class.

Aarron inspected roof,explained the problem,supplied an acceptable estimate which we agreed. Turned up on time and completed work in two days. Had to return a week later to unblock down pipe which was blocked by dried moss, cleared out moss at no extra charge. would recommend this company.

We had been told a pack of lies by another company to massively increase the value of the job. Arron looked at the internal water damage and diagnosed the issue - which would not require the whole roof to come off, saving us 80%. We had to wait a few weeks but Arron fitted what was now a small job into their programme, turned up with two colleagues and did the whole thing in one day. Price was as quoted, standard of workmanship is good and site was left in good order.

Following a survey relating to house move, several areas were identified that required repair and replacement. Aaron and Brian completed the work within 2 days and did a fantastic job. Feel very satisfied that the roof is now water tight and safe for hopefully many years to come. The site was left clean and tidy. I returned home from holiday to find that storms in the UK had caused damage to the chimney breast. Arron attended and surveyed the problem using a drone which impressed me from the outset. Arron arranged for scaffold to be erected in order to gain access to the problem area and then today attended with his assistant, Brian. These guys were absolutely brilliant. They were very polite, friendly and completed the work efficiently without any inconvenience caused. I am very pleased with the service and was delighted with the invoice which was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. My sincere thanks. Highly recommend this company. 👍

Repair was needed as we had a large amount of water coming in to an upstairs bedroom due to a leaking flat roof. Our insurance company arranged for A Goodwill roofing to contact us. They clearly recognised the urgency and arranged to attend very promptly. They attended on time as planned and carried out the work efficiently. Throughout their time with us they were courteous and were t happy to update us on their progress. On leaving, they left the area clean and tidy. I rarely employ tradespeople and normally do everything myself however the scope of what was required for my roof was beyond me and I’m so glad I decided to go with Arron. They have done a complete refurbishment of my slate roof (including new soffits and gutters), replaced a flat roof over our ground floor extension, and repointed the gable end of the house. Arron, his dad Allan, and their team have done an excellent job and were a pleasure to deal with, their work is of the highest standard and Arron was very keen that I inspect everything at close quarters to make sure I was completely happy and even incorporated a last minute change I requested with no problem. Some time ago I made a bad decision on who to get to repair my roof and ended up with the whole roof being replaced. Trading standards advised me to get a professional survey to see what sort of job had been done. Alan was totally professional in providing this service and I can not thank him enough for his help and advice. Highly recommended.

Aaron and his team were efficient hard working and impeccably honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else, his workmanship was of the highest level, also three neighbours down my road asked me for his contact details after viewing his workmanship.

We came home one evening after heavy rain showers to find part of the ceiling, where we have a Velux window, in our single storey extension wet as well as a couple of wet patches on the carpet. I found Arron’s details on Which? Trusted Traders so called him the following morning. I spoke to Arron who was very helpful and polite on the phone and I explained the problem we were having. He mentioned what the possible issue could be but obviously couldn’t confirm it until he saw it for himself. Arron very kindly came over the following afternoon and found that debris from the roof had accumulated in a gulley above the Velux window which caused the water to overflow, causing water to come through our ceiling. He removed half a bucketful of debris and cleared all the gulleys as well as checked to see that the roof tiles were in place. I can thoroughly recommend Arron as he is extremely helpful and does an excellent job, nothing is too much trouble for him.

I needed an opinion as to whether my roofing was done professionally. Mr. Goodwill was able to provide an expert opinion and write a very useful report.

A standard homebuyer survey carried out by another surveyor did not pick up fundamental issues affecting the roofing of the building (although not the particular flat I was purchasing). Enquiries with the vendors brought these issues to light, and it was apparent that, as a leaseholder of one of the flats, I could be made to contribute towards the costs of extraordinary works on the building. Both sides were keen to complete but I was not prepared to do so unless the scale and costs of the remedial roofworks could be quantified. Arron was able to step in and carry out the roofing survey (not just of my flat but of the building) at short notice and at a reasonable price. He was able to provide the report which identified and addressed the deficiencies thoroughly, with drone photographs and explanations backing everything up. Arron also quantified the scale and costs of remedial action that would be required which was very helpful in my negotiations. Being able to provide this report at such short notice, and to deal with the (sometimes slightly unreasonable) estate agents as well as other flat owners, was massively appreciated and Arron was generally very co-operative and helpful throughout the process - would definitely recommend.

Arron responded to our request very quickly and produced the report promptly as he understood the situation. The survey was carried out in a professional way and Arron and his colleague were courteous and respectful while in my home. The report was detailed, fair and impartial and extremely useful in the negotiations between myself and my buyer. Thank you Arron, much appreciated

Arron and his father Alan have been fixing roofs in Egham and Staines for many years their work has always been first class and they are the "go to" people for anything to do with a roof. Alan fixed my garage roof after an Asda delivery van took off the corner.

The guys gave a very thorough breakdown of what the problem was and how they would fix it. They shared photos, videos and commentary. They did a really professional job on the roof and fixed a problem that has been here for many years. I'd have no hesitation in recommending these guys for future work.

I engaged the services of A Goodwill Roofing to remove broken ridge tiles, and fit replacement tiles on a new bed of cement. Also, to undertake corrective work on gable edges. The Roofers arrived on the arranged date, (Friday 2nd August 2019) and were able to complete most of the tasks listed in their written estimate. On the sloping edge of the roof, it had been arranged they would replace a broken plastic gable protector. However, since the existing protector was of an old outdated design that was no longer available, it would need to be replaced with a newer type, causing the new plastic gable protector to look out of place. The Roofers offered to order a set of new design plastic gable protectors, and replace all the existing old design protectors so that there would be just one consistent design, and for no extra cost. I was impressed with their excellent service. The Roofers arranged a mutually convenient date for their second visit (Monday 12th August 2019) when they completed the work, which was all to a high standard. During both visits they were amicable, courteous, and helpful in answering questions. There was a delay before I received their invoice for the work done (which turned out to be exactly the same as their original estimate). However, since the work took place during the peak summer holiday season, this clerical holdup may have been due to their need to provide cover for those taking holidays.
