I absolutely recommend A.J.Rogers. They fitted beautiful wood floors and carpet for us in November 2025. A friendly, reliable, expert organisation who went the ‘extra mile ‘ to deliver on time for us. Brilliant choice of flooring to choose from, expert individual fitting and follow up. A truly personal service.

We have used Rogers several times now - at our last house they did some great work, and in our new house they have supplied carpets everywhere. The whole transaction was excellent, from the initial quotation to the final fitting. As we were refurbishing three bathrooms and the kitchen, the fitting was, of necessity, somewhat piecemeal and AJ Rogers could not have been more accommodating. The fitters were courteous, efficient and could not have more hard working. There was a genuine pride in getting the carpets right, including one or two tricky areas. This is a lovely family firm, who take pride in what they do and deliver a superb service.

We have used Roger's and Sons before but, mistakenly, thought that they wouldn't want to bother with the work we needed this time: two small rooms to be fitted with vinyl flooring. We were delighted with the response when we asked for a quotation. A home visit was arranged and completed within a few days. We were told there could be a delay as there was a pre-Christmas rush but once we confirmed the order the fitting was arranged for 10 days later. The fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently and tidily to fit both floors. He kept us informed of his progress and the next steps to make sure the floors were smooth and well-fitted. We are very pleased with the results: both the kitchen and the bathroom now not only look better but feel better underfoot. All of the staff we met or had telephone conversations with were unfailingly polite and helpful. We will be going back soon for new carpets in larger spaces.

I have used AJ Rogers in the past and they were my first port of call for a new living room carpet and a replacement section for one of the upper landings. I knew what I wanted but I had a very tight schedule to turn it around. The sales team made no empty promises but promised to do their very best. They managed to source, supply and fit very quickly. The difference between AJ Rogers and other flooring shops is that they really know their products. Always so helpful and if you’re not sure exactly what you want, they always have great ideas. The quality is excellent. The fitters were just fantastic. They took such good care of the furniture I was unable to remove from the room and were kind enough to give me advice on the new carpets. In particular the replacement piece upstairs has been scratched constantly by one of the cats. As the cats will undoubtedly scratch the replacement, the fitter told me how I can look after that area and prolong the life and look of the carpet. AJ Rogers is the only flooring shop I would recommend.

I came across SJ Rogers and was very pleased i did. I Found them to be always very helpful and everything was always explained clearly from ordering right through to fitting. Estimates provided showing all costs clearly. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the ladies in the shop to Kevin, one of their estimators. I am very pleased with our new lounge carpet, expertly fitted to a high standard, fitters worked hard, were polite, and kept mess to a minimum. Excellent help and customer service available supplying various carpet and flooring samples to help with the choice when requested. I would certainly use them again for my next flooring purchase. We had been putting off re-carpeting our entire apartment for a couple of years, daunted by the turmoil we thought would arise. We need not have worried. Having used AJ Rogers in the past and been very happy with the service we asked them once again to take on the task and they excelled at every stage. From planning and measuring and then patient advice in the shop when choosing a colour for the carpet the whole team was fully focussed and helpful. Through a number of subsequent delays due to building works we were accommodated without fuss. On site the team of fitters were very pleasant to deal with and handled all the moving of furniture expertly and calmly as they navigated their way around the various rooms being fitted. Everything was completed on schedule and the apartment was left clean and tidy as we have been accustomed to expect. We would wholeheartedly recommend AJ Rogers for any flooring jobs on the basis of a finished project which is of the highest quality.

AJ Rogers provided all our carpets and luxury vinyl flooring for our house renovation. They were patient with us and helped with our choices, their range of products were far better than other local suppliers. The staff were always keen to help and responsive with top product knowledge. Installation was all to schedule and of the best quality by a friendly team of fitters. We're loving being in our new house with beautiful flooring.

We've used AJ Rogers in the past and the main reason I went back was for the quality of service. And they did not disappoint. In spite of some difficulties trying to source a particular floor, they were always helpful and responsive. The team who came to survey and install the floor were prompt and reliable.

So pleased with the new kitchen floor. Amtico in a basket weave pattern - fitted expertly. Fitter worked hard and did a great job. Customer service before and after the work was spot on. No hard sell, just good advice and help when it was needed. My family have used Rogers before and we will certainly use them again, and recommend them.

I first you use this company in 2016 and have been very happy with their work. I recently use them again and I was pleased at the high standards of their work, was still the same. Everybody connected with the company were friendly, helpful, polite and very good at communicating. I’ll be using this company again in the near future.

I visited the showroom to choose a new bedroom carpet, the customer assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, selecting a shortlist of carpet samples that met my budget and preferences and giving me as much time as I needed to discuss requirements. They arranged for samples to be sent to me and confirmed all the prices promptly in a follow-up email. They explained the order and fitting process clearly in advance. The price was very reasonable for a good quality carpet. The fitting date was scheduled 6 weeks in advance and the access requirements checked, and the fitters' arrival time was confirmed the day before. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and worked swiftly to complete the work, clearing up well afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Really appreciated the time, effort, and outcome from the AJ Rogers team. They were super helpful with advice from the moment we popped into the shop to look at samples, all the way through the planning, installation, and clean up process. The result is stunning. Would recommend and use again.

We ordered carpets for living room, hall, stairs and landing, having been impressed by the company when they fitted our Amtico kitchen floor 5 years ago. Everybody was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the carpet we chose was out of stock, and we had a long wait, but this was due to the manufacturer, not Rogers. Alex and Ben did a great job on the fitting, and were considerate and tidy throughout. Would have no hesitation in using this company again

A.J. Rogers has a great team starting in the shop with pleasant, helpful advice, but nothing pushy. The job was for two toilet floors, bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and larder. First home visit to measure up, again, good solid advice. Very professional. Installation work was carried out sooner than expected. As requested, I was given a cancellation slot. All the fitters were on time every day, polite, careful, and left everything clean and tidy. They all did an excellent job. Even Charlie (better known as James Bond), the youngest of the team, and learning did well. The James Bond bit is all about how he likes his coffee, not a martini! We were kept well informed, and checks were made to make sure we were happy with the work before we were asked for payment. I was immediately informed and given a refund when it turned out that part of the job that had been estimated didn't need doing after all. Grateful thanks to all the team.

I have used A J Rodgers three times over the past 15 years and they are helpful, efficient and respectful. At all stages of the process, it is a painless experience using AJ Rodgers . Work - took up old flooring, repaired/re-screeded and relaid new flooring. Work was completed to planned schedule and quoted price. Showroom staff pleasant and efficient, and those doing the work were smart, pleasant and very efficient. Trader - A J Rogers have carried out previous works for us (new landing and stair carpeting, new hall wooden flooring). Our experience with all jobs has been highly satisfactory. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We have had our kitchen renovated and we wished to cover some old tiles. A J Rogers did so using Amtico flooring. Their service was excellent from start to finish. We used A J Rogers 4 years ago to replace our upstairs and stair carpets. They are to be highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with AJ Rogers. From when I visited their showroom in Bromley and I was welcomed by friendly informative staff, then the efficiency of the operations team getting in touch to book in the installation, then the lovely two people who installed the carpets a few weeks later, who were friendly, respectful and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Long story short: the carpet was faulty and had to be reordered. The fitters noticed the faults and took the carpet away. Most good companies can manage doing what is asked of them. It's when things go wrong that you see how their systems fail - even when they think they have a great customer response team. Well, I'm glad to say that A J Rogers proved not only that they can do a great job but that when it went wrong they could sort it out pretty efficiently. It took time and it meant we had several weeks where we lived with two rooms of furniture in one room while we waited for the replacement carpet. But, in the end they got there. Now a good carpet is fitted and looks good. Hats off to how they handled this. Hopefully we'll be using them again.

Rogers & Sons have installed the flooring in pretty much the whole of our house over the past 20 years or so. Thy have just installed a new bedroom carpet fitting around new fitted bedroom furniture. Their customer service is outstanding. In the showroom everyone is very knowledgeable , great at help chose possible flooring, and als overy friendly and efficient The invoicing, and arranging fitting were very easy. The fitting was done to a really high standard, very efficiently and with a cheery demeanour. This has always been our experience with them . I cant recommend them enough

We are delighted with our contemporary stair and landing carpet fitted by this well established professional team. Good attention to detail, helpful advice in the showroom to find a contemporary carpet with a smart stripe pattern which could be shaped as a runner for the lower staircase. Stripe pattern thoughtfully calculated at the template stage and a fair amount of trouble taken to find the right threshold to work with the smoked wood flooring. We got estimates from 3 firms, and A J Rogers were competitive whilst providing a thoughtful cheerful service.

I am so delighted with my new flooring, thanks to everyone working at AJ Rogers & Sons. I now have beautiful new carpets and stunning ‘Featured Oak’ Amtico (LVT). I will certainly be recommending this family run business. The work is of such a high standard and everyone has been so professional, helpful and friendly through the whole process from Jordan who helped guide me with my choices in the shop to Kevin coming round to do a survey, the logistics team to set dates and the fitters (Alex & Ben - carpets and Stuart & Jay - Amtico ) who all did such an amazing job and were extremely careful not to damage my newly painted walls and skirting boards! We redecorated, 24 years after A J Rogers first put in the carpets for our stairs and landings. They did a great job then, and we were very glad to use them again. Their customer support is great, the fitters worked efficiently and with care, and they have an excellent selection of products to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend AJ Rogers, over big warehouse carpet shops or department stores.

We had carpets fitted in 3 bedrooms, lounge, landing and stairs which we are absolutely delighted with. The whole process was easy.
