We have been having a number of home improvements taking place and therefore know what it is like to be let down and suffer poor customer care. However in amongst this work Rogers and Sons have advised, measured and laid a superb hallway wooden floor and completed it in time for Christmas! If we were not 100% happy they sent someone out and rectified the problem with no fuss. Could not be happier with their efficient and excellent work. Highly recommended. Excellent service from this family firm , as always. Having laid a number of floors for us over the years, we had them all cleaned recently. It was a big job, and they did their best to fit it all in before Christmas, at quite short notice. Cheerful friendly staff and they are now all looking fabulous!

We have used A J Rogers and Sons for several flooring projects, including marmoleum tiling (dining room, kitchen and hall), marmoleum sheeting (bathroom) carpeting (loft landing and stairs) and laminate flooring (four bedrooms in total). I have used the firm over and over again because I trust them to do a good job. I am very happy to recommend them. Throughout I have found the sales and fitting staff courteous, helpful and clear on costs. Where there has been unexpected additional work to do discovered during the job they have been quick to react and set out the options and cost implications. The fitting staff have worked hard for a quality finish and been happy to return if I have asked them to (once for a marmoleum tile that needed adhesive and once for a squeaky floorboard under a laminate floor that required half the floor to be raised and relaid). As one of the fitters said, 'We're not happy unless you're happy'.

We've had a wood floor fitted in our kitchen and living room and carpet running through two landings and two sets of staircases. From my first trip to the shop everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable - they really know their stuff, and the fitting process could not have been easier from our end. Everything completed looks great.

Not used Rogers before, but really delighted. We had 'Amtico' fitted through the hall and in to a kitchen/diner and it looks great. Their guys were polite, thorough and very pleasant. We will certainly be using them again. Marion, Beckenham 20/2/17

We had never used A J Rogers before but would certainly use them again. They were very helpful when we were trying to decide on our choice of carpet and lent us large sized samples to take home, even searching through their store room to find one we had seen on a manufacturer's website. The whole fitting process and door trimming was professionally done and we were very pleased with the result. We can certainly recommend this trader.

We have never used AJ Rogers before but see their vans everywhere. From start to finish they are extremely efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and our stairs and landing look great! Very pleased and will use them in future .

I rarely take the time to post reviews, but AJ Rogers deserve another shout. Their attention to detail and the customer service was very reassuring. Friendly and professional, which made for a pleasant experience throughout - highly recommended.

Excellent work restoring a wooden floor and it does look good. They cleaned up the Amtico to a good standard too, whilst we were away, but did leave a large machine in the kitchen, found on our return. We also had two bedroom and the living room carpets cleaned. This was very expensive, over £450, and not done to a high standard as marks were left on the bedroom carpet that were not there before. I was naive enough to think they may move some furniture when cleaning the living room carpet. They did come back promptly and clean again when asked but for that price I was disappointed. Shame they did not spot the dirty mark under the standard lamp where the cat sits! I moved the furniture the second time.

AJ Rogers fitted carpets in our entire upstairs. Prior to going with AJ Rogers, we received plenty of objective advice from them. They helped us to choose which particular carpet, underlay and door thresholds that we'd like within the budget we had set. They were evidently knowledgable and trustworthy. As for the fitting, the work was done to a very high standard, the work site was clear and tidy and they did it within the time they said they would. Excellent.

AJ Rogers have done a wonderful job of fitting carpets over two floors of my house and revitalising my tired stair runner! They look fantastic. found the sales staff in the shop and the fitters very professional and honest: they were completely upfront about costs so there were no nasty surprises. They gave good advice about repairs to floorboards etc. They came on time and worked very hard to finish the job and cause as little disruption as possible. I would definitely use them again.

I had a moduleo floor installed by A.J Rogers and they were helpful and patient as it took me a long time to decide on the right colour. The installation was quick and efficient and very happy with the results. Can't really comment on value as it was the only company I had a quote from but they certainly went the extra mile with everything so all worth it for the personal service.

We've used AJ Rogers for wood flooring, carpets and Amtico downstairs. We've now moved upstairs and as usual we received a friendly and professional service, both pre-sales and during installation. Highly recommended.

Excellent Job, very professional and timely

Good customer service seems to be a rarity these days but not as far as AJ Rogers are concerned. We found them to be thoroughly professional from start to finish, pleasant to deal with and an excellent job that we are very happy with, carried out speedily and efficiently.
