We have used A J Rogers & Sons Limited twice before and when we wanted to change our hall flooring, we knew who we would ask to do the job for us. The initial visit to our home for the survey was immediate and extremely helpful. The hallway is a small area but we received the same excellent attention, advice and recommendation we have known before. When we visited the showroom to look at examples of pattern, we were delighted with the time we were given, and help with trimmings etc. We were shown samples totally suitable to our wishes for the hallway. The flooring was fitted this week, ahead of the date we were given; a wonderful surprise. We are really delighted with the new look of our hallway. The fitters were wonderful, and easy to have in our home. We have since received a follow up call to ask about our satisfaction. We initially used this company on the recommendation of friends. We will continue to recommend them to others looking for similar services. Excellent.

I had never used AJ Rogers before but they came on a friends recommendation. I was warmly greeted on entering the shop and booked an appointment for someone to come and measure up. That person arrived with a very friendly greeting and went through exactly what would happen. I was expecting a delay in the actual fitting but I was called and told it could be done immediately. I had agreed to have Karndean tiles fitted. On the first visit the guys put down the base for the tiles then came back two days later to complete the job. On completion I was asked to check the new flooring. On doing so I couldn't believe how good it looked, much better than I was expecting. The guy fitting the floor was very friendly and on both visits cleaned up and so I had nothing to do. The day after the floor was fitted someone called to check that I was happy. I am really delighted with the outcome and will use them again in the future.

I would not consider using any other flooring company since this company was recommended to me for kitchen floor 15 years ago. Every single person you deal with is so professional, courteous and pleasant. They all are a pleasure to deal with and the work is second to none.Thank you

We had the whole house recarpeted, 4 bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs with stair runners all in the same carpet. From Gemma in the shop assisting us initially to Trevor coming over to measure up and get everything measured correctly. They had to work around other works in the house and we couldn't be happier with the finish. When you are having the whole house done, you want it to last a long time and the little things they suggested to ensure it lasts a long time , from silicon the gaps on the skirting boards, to insulating with paper before the underlay was installed. We paid a premium but its well worth it and we would have no hesitation in choosing AJ Rogers again when we get the kitchen/diner flooring next year

We have used AJ Rogers for many years. It is a pleasure to deal with them from initial ideas through to the installation of the carpets. All of the team are enthusiastic, professional and very competent from Gemma in the showroom through Trevor in the estimation and advice and to Michael and the installation team. In this case it was carpets for the whole house we are renovating We are delighted with the result and have just made a further appointment for the next phase - a wooden floor!

A J Rogers were super helpful and flexible, particularly as we had difficulties with builders, meaning delays and rework. Quality of work - surveying, preparation and fitting - has been excellent.

We've used AJ Roger's recently for both new wooden flooring and a stair carpet. Both times the teams that came to do the work were extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond to do the work. The work was finished to a very high standard and left in an immaculate condition. They also recommend improvements which were much appreciated and made the final product look even better! I would defintely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use again. The range of products they stock and their experience and service, means you won't be disappointed and can trust them to do a fantastic job!

Helped in choice of suitable floor coverings - Amtico for the hall and carpet for the stairs and landings The work was delayed thanks to the Covid 19 epidemic but it has been completed and very satisfied. Beautifully laid Amtico conservatory floor. Excellent advice on product and colour in the shop followed by a perfect fitting . A totally satisfying purchase. Not the cheapest but worth it.

We live in Greenwich and have used A J Rogers for many years. After some increasingly bad experiences with a national store, we will now always use them for preference and it is so nice that there are still small family firms, maintaining the highest standards of work with really friendly and caring customer relations. This time they supplied and fitted a stair/hallway carpet - no easy job in a 4 story, 200-year-old house. As usual, the work was immaculate and Chris, the fitter, was friendly, tidy and highly professional. They were also very helpful in turning up a couple of weeks earlier, at no extra cost, to cut away part of the old carpet to allow us to decorate first.

We have used this company many times and their work and service has been excellent on each occasion. Their fitters are not only the best who go the extra mile but also their work is top grade.

I have used this company on a number of occasions to lay new carpets and hard floors. On this occasion their wonderful team cleaned my carpets and laid a new integrated front door mat. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. I would not use this company again and again if I did not receive the most brilliant help and service every time. All the staff from this company are exceptionally courteous, nothing is too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company.

We had, as part of a program of home improvements and refurbishment, faulty flooring fixed and covered, Amtico limestone and light oak tiling laid, carpets lifted, relaid and cleaned, and new stair and hall runners laid. One of the best customer service experiences I have had – from first going in to choose the carpet, to completion. My whole house was done (both carpet and Amtico) and I had building works carried out at same time. Michael and his team worked round my roofers with dates and were completely flexible – nothing was too much trouble - the co-ordination & communication at AJ Rogers is seamless. The fitting guys were lovely. Brilliant job - no negatives to say at all! Please use AJ Rogers – totally reliable and lovely people.

Really helpful at point of sale. Gave good advice. Were prompt and came and measured. Presented options to choose. Upon making our choice we were given a start date. The fitter arrived at the agreed date and time precisely. He set about his work with expert ease. He finished and we are very pleased with the result. Excellent job. Clean and tidy as well as quiet.

This is the first time we used AJ Rogers. From pre-sale to work’s completion and remediation for an unforeseen (and non preventable glitch) the whole experience of engaging with AJ Rogers has been extremely positive. When it comes to the products’ range, the showroom personnel are very articulate and extremely knowledgeable We selected one of the high end engineered wooden floors which needed to be ordered in advance as treated to specification. The floor was laid across 3 rooms, including the master bedroom. The project was delivered in time and within the agreed quality standard. An unforeseen glitch resulting in a leaking pipe was immediately remediated by AJ Rogers, whom arranged for the area affected to be re-decorated very promptly and bearing no inconvenience to us. Again, this small, family owned business denoted an excellent focus on customer satisfaction when solving a problem, which is rather uncommon nowadays. The fitting team, Seph and Alex, were diligent and personable. Neil, whom oversees QA and project management, became accountable from project initiation to completion. We will engage AJ Rogers again and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. AJ Rogers is not the lowest priced option for flooring solutions but, like all qualitative services, customer satisfaction and attention to detail comes at a price. Because of the overall experience, quality of materials and execution of work, the AJ Rogers’ services are adequately priced.

Following a flood the replacement carpet was difficult to source. AC Rogers liaised with the manufactures from the outset including planning, sourcing and laying. I would always use them in preference to anyone else.

High quality service from a family owned company with a real sense of pride in doing a good job. Sam’s attention to detail in laying a wooden floor in the hall was superb as was the carpet laying done by Chris. Showroom staff, knowledgable and helpful, offering a very wide range of good quality products that are not always available on the night street. A great find - thank you!

The contract consisted of laying a Kahrs engineered wood floor in our lounge. Very satisfied with the result, and the work was performed efficiently and to a high standard. Contact with everyone, at every stage, was polite and professional. We will happily use this company again.

The service in the shop was excellent with really knowledgeable advice tailored to our exact needs whilst also being aware of cost. We were kept well informed by email as to the progress of our order. On the day of the carpet fitting the fitters arrived on time, were very careful, neat and tidy and did an excellent job.
