We decided to replace all our bedroom carpets and used A J Rogers who had fitted carpets for us in the past and done a good job. The showroom staff were helpful, and let us take various samples home to decide what to have. They also alerted us to the various widths of carpet, and which would be best for each room (to avoid wastage). They also visited to measure the rooms and give us accurate estimates, and advised on dealing with bumps and hollows in the floor. The fitters arrived on time, and did a good job fitting the carpet. Very happy with the result.

A.J.Rogers took the stress out of replacing our old stairs and landing carpet. Helped us choose something that looks great, and the measuring and fitting was carried out professionally and efficiently. All done in less than a day with very friendly and hard working team, no mess and the finished job looks great. Thank you!

I have been worrying for years about my hall, landing and stair carpet, which was very worn in parts but old and of very good quality. Mr Rogers made a very careful inspection and confirmed that it would be possible to move the existing carpet around to replace the worn area, and obtain a very good match to make up what was needed. He made sure that I was happy with the samples sent to me both as regards colour and pile, and knowing that I was anxious to get the work done as soon as possible, arranged a date that was very convenient. The carpet fitter arrived exactly on time, and I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and efficiency. He cleared everything up as he went along, and moved a very unwieldy bookcase back into position without being asked. The finished job surpassed my expectations, Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been extremely helpful and pleasant, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The guys turned up on time and worked away at the floor leaving looking like new it was washed and then given 2 coats of finish. Thanks 10/10

AJ Rogers expert advice and customer service was brilliant from start to finish. Plus extremely competitive on price for a quality product and finish. We had been made to feel that a carpet runner was a difficult, long and expensive headache by other independents - A J Rogers made the process easy and hassle free, with helpful design input and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Consultation, templating, binding and fitting was completed in a two week turnaround - we had been quoted up to six weeks by others! The work has been completed to a very high standard and all areas were also cleaned afterwards by the fitter. I would recommend A J Rogers to all and will definitely be using them in the future.

A J Rogers & Sons did a great job installing a floor in our loft. In order to do so they removed and disposed of an old water tank, bits of piping and various other pieces of un required paraphernalia. They did a great job, turned up on time and always with a helpful an co-operative attitude. Previously, they fitted our kitchen floor and we were very happy to bring them in a second time for this job. All work was completed on time and to budget.

A J Rogers, literally on our door step have provided a fantastic professional service; from Dan’s advice and meticulous planning to the fitting and communication from the team. We’ll be back soon as we have the rest of the house to carpet.

This family business is very professional from start to finish. They understood my requirements and offered lots of helpful advice and information about the products I chose. The fitters and layers arrived on time and laid my flooring and carpets giving me a good finished product. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Rogers to anyone considering having new carpets and flooring.

Have just had new carpeting and have used A J Rogers previously. They are still excellent. I would recommend them for the quality of their work.

We have used A.J. Rogers & Sons in the past so had no hesitation in contacting them again when we were told we had electrical faults under the floor boards in our dining room and the Carpet had to be uplifted in order to rectify the problem. It sounded like a complicated job but thankfully the member of staff whom I initially contacted reassured me that the whole room did not need to be disrupted which really was helpful. To cut a long story short. The day before the Electrician arrived A.J Rogers had sent a member of their staff who arrived on time and carried out the job with minimum fuss and bother. Once the electrical faults were rectified, the fitter returned to relay the carpet and to do a thorough steam clean. We could not have been more satisfied with the service we have received and would certainly use this family business again.

We’ve just had our carpet replaced with a beautiful light oak, herringbone design wood floor. Our initial visit to the shop was great as all the staff there are very friendly, efficient and really know their stuff. Trevor then came to do the on site visit and he too was very helpful. Once we got our quote and decided to go ahead with the job, everything was booked in at times that suited us perfectly. The carpet was taken up and disposed of, the floor was screeded, then the wood was laid over a three day period. Zeph, the young man who laid the floor was probably the best trades person that we’ve ever dealt with. He was punctual, efficient, hard working, very neat and tidy. He was also so polite and trustworthy and he did a really good job. We have used A J Rogers in the past and we have always been happy with their work. Would definitely recommend them.

We went to A J Rogers because its very local glad we did the staff could not have been more helpful they loan us a few boards to pick the Amtico that match the kitchen units that we had installed Trevor came to measure and give use an estimate which was very competitive he explain the best way to lay it also said that when the guys come to lay it to try both ways to see how we would like it, they keep us informed as to when they could fit which worked best for use they came the day before to screed the floor and next day to lay the floor which was done in a day they where very clean and tidy, the work was done to a very high standard we are very pleased with the results an excellent service all round would definitely recommend A J Rogers.

The men who came round were friendly, helpful and very professional and the end result was excellent. The pre-sales service was also very good. This was a small job for the business and we were on a limited budget but they treated it as they would a bigger job. Thank you.

We had AJ Rogers supply and fit Amtico Spacia to our entrance hall and out into our new kitchen diner extension. From start to finish they were fantastic. They were happy to visit and meet with the builders discussing all necessary technical specifications. The whole process was seamless and the job was completed to an excellent standard and even avoided having a door bar between the hallway and the extension despite a slightly different floor height. All staff couldn't have been more helpful. The fitters did an incredible job and it really looks amazing, we have had so many compliments and have been recommending AJ Rogers to everyone we know. Ditch the big boys and go with this family business you won't be disappointed.

AJ Rogers fitted our extension with Moduleo wood effect flooring. They were very helpful from the start and couldn't have been more flexible with time as the various building delays came. They were also incredibly helpful sorting out the shortfalls in the prep the builders were supposed to have done and focused purely on making sure our finished floor was perfect. Great communication throughout.

We had a carpet which had been stored in the loft and we wanted it fitted in the bedroom. Gemma was very helpful in advising on checking the condition. Two men arrived as planned to lay it but after turning it several ways it would only fit with a join. This was fine by me and they had made a great effort to try and avoid the join. They were very pleasant and the job was completed that morning.

I contacted AJ Rogers to provide an estimate for a new marmoleum floor as part of a large kitchen/dining room extension. Their whole team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the finished product and their service throughout. Our builder was also impressed with their installation team and remarked on how good they were.

We had our lounge carpet replaced and the task was completed very efficiently and without any problems. We are delighted with both our choice of carpet and the team who completed the work.

We have been using A.J Rogers for many years and have always found their work and their service excellent. This time, a minor problem with a flooring repair, was dealt with quickly and efficiently (firstly a visit from a concerned director) and we will certainly continue to use them. By way of contrast, we have stopped using a prestigious, national department store for flooring requirements as we have found their service to have deteriorated badly over the past 10 years.

We used AJ Rogers to lay Amtico in our kitchen dinner, we found them very friendly, helpful and the result we are delighted with.
