I cannot recommend A J Rogers highly enough. We have just had engineered wood flooring and carpet laid and I am very pleased with it all. The fitters were very polite, friendly, worked really hard and were a pleasure to have in our home. The customer service provided by the Operations and Sales Teams has been excellent. I will definitely use A J Rogers again.

I am really delighted to have found AJ Rogers. From the initial phone call my dealings with them have been friendly, efficient and clear. I went in with loads of questions and after an hour with Kevin, who talked me through the pros and cons of all my options, I came away confident of what I wanted. Kevin didn't try to upsell, and ensured I considered cheaper (and more practical!) alternatives. He gave really helpful advice about the differences between the basics and the higher spec options: where I could save money and where it was not worth cutting corners. Despite the fact that they are incredibly busy, they bent over backwards to accommodate me needing to be away for a period, including coming out same day to provide an estimate so that we could get moving as quickly as possible. The estimate itself was fully itemised with all options and potential extras spelled out in advance. Michael and the Ops team worked wonders to fit my job in at short notice. On the day, the guys were courteous, efficient and left everything spotless. The carpets look and feel great. The biggest thing for me though was the way they handled some minor questions and concerns I had at the end. A perfect fit wasn't possible on one part of the staircase as my stairs/walls are not straight. The team talked me through the trade-offs between aesthetics and a secure fit and the fitter came back very promptly to make some adjustments. Very pleased - I will never use another firm again!

This was a replacement carpet for a flood damaged one at my 97 year old Mums house during difficult Covid times. The reps, the sales staff and the fitters were very professional, helpful and understanding of the situation making the experience as possible for my Mum. She is delighted with the quality and looks of the carpet and the service provided by A J Rogers. Neither of us would hesitate to use them again.

Rogers have just completed a job renewing three bedroom carpets along with a landing and stairs carpet. I have found them a most professional company to deal with and am delighted with the results. The quoting experience is excellent with a "menu" of options to choose from to suit your budget. It is then a matter of "pick and mix" to get what you want (we chose everything!). Kevin was most helpful with the quote and Martin (aided by Ian) provided a very efficient and quality service laying the carpets. I would definitely recommend them.

We had obtained a number of quotations and checked the companies thoroughly before finally deciding from a shortlist of 2 to award the work to do our flooring and carpeting to AJ Rogers. We wanted to use a company local to the area and they had a strong reputation. The company was overall very professional and Gemma in the head office in particular was very pleasant and went out of her way to help us with our final choice and nail down the details of the quote. It was this flexibility that ultimately sealed the deal. They also accommodated the change in our dates to carry out the work due to the lockdown early in the year and when the work started all of their tradespersons were professional, courteous and completed the project without any issues. They were also good at keeping us informed with progress and in sorting out the minor snagging list at the end. All in all, I would certainly recommend AJ Rogers. They have a wide and quality range of products to choose from and the implementation was overall excellent.

This company gave faultless service from the minute we entered the showroom to the minute they phoned to confirm that we were happy with the finished floor. I would not hesitate to recommend AJ Rogers. The staff are all friendly and efficient and make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product. You just cannot ask for more than that. They carpeted most of the ground floor and laid an Amtico floor in the Kitchen and Breakfast room. We have used them before and will do so again.

A.J.Rogers were recommended to me by a neighbour and how right they were. Every member of staff has been immensely helpful - sales, office, fitters and have bent over backwards to meet my needs. They have an excellent selection and give good advice. Our stair carpet is fitted beautifully and everything was done on time. They really feel like a family firm, who remember who you are and what you need. I would go back to them and have recommended to family and friends.

We recently had carpets and Amtico fitted by A J Rogers & Sons and are so glad we chose to go with them. Although the wait time for fitting was long, it was worth the wait. All members of the team we dealt with were polite and happy to help, from the measure appointment to allowing us to take samples home to see what worked best and the fitters arrived on time and were professional. High praise for the staff and fitters at AJ Rogers after we had laminate flooring fitted throughout the hallway & lounge. Recently had 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs carpeted and we were very happy with the service from our appointment at the shop selecting samples to try, to the measuring up and the fitting. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating and the end result is even better than we hoped. Will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

PJ Rogers and Sons has completed several flooring jobs for us over the years and on this occasion, the largest yet, we had most of our downstairs and kitchen refloored in two different styles of Amtico. From our initial visit to the showrooms in Bromley, to the final sign off, the service we received was superb. We were shown various options for the flooring and allowed to take several testers away with us, the site survey was comprehensive and the flooring work, which took a full five days, was to a very high level of workmanship. Sam and his team were pleasant to deal with, meticulous in their finishing touches and even helped with the moving of heavier furniture items. We would have no hesitation in recommending this local family run firm, just excellent.

AJ Rogers are a very professional and friendly people to deal with. From helping with colour selection through to selection and installation everything went very smoothly.They made light of moving 5m rolls to a 3rd floor apartment including removing all old carpets and moving all furniture. Absolutely delighted with the result especially the sewing of joints.

I am thrilled with my new carpet and Dave did a wonderful job of the fitting. It is absolutely first class. Communications have been excellent all the way through from collecting samples, Kevin taking measurements and then Dave doing a fantastic job fitting the carpet.

We had Moduleo LVT laid in 4 rooms Taking just 5 days from screed to complete installation. They arrived on the date as arranged (unusual in today’s climate) Stewart and Alex did a great job - it looks perfect ! We stayed in a hotel for a few days to keep out of the way (small house) . Was lovely coming aback each day to see the progression and transformation of our house which has gone from looking like a building site to a home very quickly. This flooring is so good, visitors have already commented that they thought it was real wood! It was so helpful to be able to keep samples for a while as it was a tough decision involving the entire ground floor of our ‘bungalow!’ Thanks so much we would definitely recommend AJ Rogers & Sons!

A J Rogers laid Amtico in my hall way and I am very pleased with the result. The process started with Kevin visiting me and discussing options for the hall. We then visited the shop and had a good look at options, again with good advice. Finally the floor was laid by Stuart who was a real professional and laid the floor beautifully. There was a spot of nail varnish on the Amtico which had been laid in one of the bedrooms 20 years ago and Stuart removed this free of charge. I can really recommend A J Rogers for their professionalism and good service.

From our first visit to the showroom, where they were exceptionally helpful, to our carpet being fitted we were very impressed with AJ Rogers and will definitely use them again.

AJ Rogers was recommended by a few local friends. From the initial enquiry with Gemma in the shop to the quotation with Dan and fitting with Liam and Dave - all very professional, friendly and effortless. They gave me 6-7 samples to take away to decide for a couple of weeks which was really helpful. The quotation wasn't the cheapest but it was fair. The fitting went so smoothly and expertly - they hoovered and took everything away. The after-sales communication with Dan and Vanessa was excellent and there was a little issue, which was resolved quickly and efficiently with no hesitation. Would highly recommend A J Rogers.

We have used Rogers before and had no hesitation in going back to them on this occasion. This is a family business that feels comfortable to use. They all work as a team and are unfailingly polite and helpful. They are also highly professional and go out of their way to provide the very best service. They've done an excellent job in the kitchen and we shall shortly be using their services again to re-carpet parts of the house.

Dealing with A.J.Rogers was a good experience. Initially I had to make a couple of trips because even though I was making a scheduled visit to the shop, all the wood samples were not available. Scheduling the work Friday to Tuesday to accommodate my having a bookcase put up in the back lounge worked a treat. The installers were a pleasure to have in the house. They did an excellent job of installing the flooring in the alcoves around the fireplace, even when one had to hold up a piece of furniture whilst the other laid the flooring (wires are running under the floor to speakers in two directions). I am very pleased with the workmanship and the result.

A J Rogers were fantastic from start to finish. The service from the people in the shop to the gentleman who came out to measure our sitting room to the carpet fitters was excellent. The price was very competitive and they brought the samples to our house to see them in our own home. The whole service was very professional and we will definitely use them again for our next carpet.
