My wife and I attended presentations in June 2018 by AOS in our village hall regarding air source heat pumps and were impressed. We requested a survey and decided to go ahead and replace our oil fired heating and 30-plus years old boiler. We could have risked keeping the oil boiler going but it would probably have packed up in the depths of winter and it takes time to plan for and install a new heat pump. We were impressed with the swift and tidy work of the installation team, who not only installed the new pump but replaced the hot water cylinder and eight radiators, all within five days. The job was finished within eight weeks of our attending the presentation. The support we received from the team back in the office was excellent and AOS have done everything they said they would do, at the price they quoted.

In installing our Ecodan air pump, hot water cylinder, new radiators, and new pipe work, the team worked effectively and completed the installation in five days as promised. They worked hard, explained what they were doing and answered questions helpfully. This is an entirely new system for us, but we have confidence in it's integrity and value the guarantees for it's performance. We wholly commend the team and the company.

I found Sian in the AOS Ltd office very helpful, polite and professional with excellent customer service skills and heating engineer Matt arrived punctually, after a call in advance from Sian, as promised, to let me know the engineer was on his way to me and with an expected arrival time. Matt was very cheerful & professional, despite it being about 80 degrees outside and me advising him that my boiler was located in the loft! My boiler passed its service but Matt happily explained a couple of technical things & seemed very knowledgable about the various packages available when I told him I was considering taking out a maintenance contract. I will definitely be looking into your own one as an option. If and when my boiler needs replacing, I shall also definitely use AOS for the job. Keep up the good work! I have already passed on my AOS recommendations to friends and family. Thank you!
