We had the quote for the replacement boiler Friday and someone was here to fit the boiler Monday. I thought they reacted really quickly because they knew we didn't have any heating. They were here on the Monday morning and just got on with their work. They were polite, no swear words, they tidied up after themselves, it was as if the elves had come to fix the heating! Would definitely recommend them, I was very impressed and will call them for all my heating needs in the future. The lady in the office was really helpful, easy to talk to and phoned back when promised. Whenever I phoned the office, she knew who I was straight away and was able to answer all of my questions. Very professional.

We are delighted so far with our air source heat pump. The installation process with AOS was very smooth, the system performs as they described, the application for RHI payments was straightforward, and the RHI payments were in line with the initial estimates by the AOS engineer. And we have now received our first RHI payment :)

I have recently had a new combi boiler and radiators installed by AOS in my ground floor flat. They removed the old electric storage heaters and water immersion heater from the property. The installation engineers were efficient, competent and tidied up at the end of each day. Although the quotation I received from them was not the lowest of the three I obtained, I am very pleased that I decided to use them (particularly because they used their own employees and did not subcontract). An issue with a new shower was also resolved without difficulty. I would be happy to use them again.

I have recently had a new combi boiler installed by AOS including the removal of the old system. From initial contact through to completion, the service has been efficient and the advice given, very useful. Installation team were competent and tidy. An issue with the original Honeywell controller was sorted out quickly. I believe the price paid was very competitive, excellent service.
