The engineers worked extremely hard and did a very good job on the complex installation of our air source heat pump. They were without exception polite, considerate and a pleasure to have working here. All the AOS representatives we came across, on site or otherwise, were helpful and responsive. On the basis of this experience I would recommend AOS without hesitation.

AOS installed a new boiler in my property. The two installers were punctual, polite, tidy and efficient. Their work combined with the excellent admin support from the office showed the professionalism of both the installers and the company.

Chose AOS to install our boiler as offered value for money and were recommended by a neighbour. The boiler was installed competently and worked well. However we weren't happy with the amount of exposed copper piping. We spoke to AOS who agreed to return and reposition the piping. We're now satisfied with the final finished job.

The engineers were on time and very professional. Didn't stop until lunchtime, would not even have a cup of tea. Very clean and efficient, did a brilliant job at bricking up the old flue hole in the brick wall. They are coming back to do some more work for us, we were impressed.
